WHAT A WONDERFUL COMPANY. if YOU WANT YOUR CARPETS AND STONE CLEANED THE WAY THEY SHOULD BE, CALL THEM.

Two men came to my house with their UV light and proceeded to show me all the places where my dogs had urinated on the carpet and assured me that after they used their PURT most of the stains would be gone. Well, guess what? I just happen to own a UV light and checked out all the areas they "cleaned" and all the stains are still there, yet I am able to use a product I bought at the pet store called, Simple Solution and the stains came up. The round head on their machine isn't going to get up close to the edges and in corners like someone with a wand can get. I cleaned many years for a living, and can say that bonnet scrubbing with a buffer does just about as good as this did. Chem-Dry is way overpriced for what you are getting. Contact a small independent carpet cleaner that doesn't use scare tactics like Chem-Dry. With hot water extraction, I'm sure you will get just as good if not much better results. I wouldn't use this service again.

Excellent product and service. 4 rooms, a hallway, 14 stairs, and a landing; plus a couch and chair. All of it covered in boy and pet stains. You simply can't even tell now. The guys showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and thorough. On top of the great service, they charged us an incredibly reasonable amount for the amount of clean-up and effort required. I couldn't recommend this team highly enough. Thanks so much for giving us back the quality investment that we put into our carpeting to begin with!
