It was such a pleasure to meet Denis of SN Cleaning, who cleaned 4 expensive area rugs exceptionally well. I wish I had a before and after photo to document this. I'm disinclined to write reviews, but having had many rug cleaners over the decades, this was the best. On his hands and knees cleaning where what was needed could easily be observed. I'm difficult to please, and I feel this was superlative work.
In addition, from the moment I contacted SN Cleaning, from the expediency of their replies to the thoroughness of the process, I knew I had selected a great company. I recommend them highly!response / report this review -

I set our appointment up entirely on-line and wasn't even home when the couch and rugs were cleaned. The technician and representative were extremely responsive and kind and I was able to conduct the whole thing over text and cell while traveling. They walked me through each part of the cleaning by verifying where and what to clean and then sending me follow up photos. When I finally arrived home everything was cleaned exceptionally well. They took great care to be excellent and as a very neat person I can't say enough about how much I appreciated it. With two dogs I will absolutely being using SN Cleaning again. Thank you!!

Scheduling was very easy. The gentleman that came to perform the service was very professional and courteous of our space. The couch looks brand new and the area rugs and runners (5 years old) look new and vibrant. We have a smaller dog and it eliminated that “doggy” smell instantly. I highly recommend this company and all of their services. I will be using them again in the future!

I used SN after a recommendation from someone I know. I hired them to clean two area rugs and a room with wall to wall carpeting, and at the last minute added an upholstered chair. The young man who came to do the work was quite conscientious and worked very hard. He was amazingly pleasant dodging my cats, who were around for the work. The items look so much better now. I was very pleased with their service.

I just had SN cleaning out to clean my sectional / chair / mattress, and I am totally impressed! They were super responsive from initial contact for a quote through the entire service, were very thorough in the work they did, and I could not be happier! Communication to set up a time / date for service was really clear, the text confirmation a day before was easy, and the tech arrived right on time at the very top of my 2 hour service window. The actual cleaning was amazing. I went with the works: Steam, enzyme, deodorizer, etc as it had been a while since my last deep clean and my pets have not been so kind to my upholstery. I was totally shocked at the amount of dirt in the water after my cleaning. The technician went out of his was to make sure every inch of my couch and chair was totally clean and did an awesome job of tidying up / wiping down the floor around the furniture when he was done. Service was super fairly priced and in line with what I had seen other places. The difference here was SN Cleaning had gotten great reviews on yelp, etc. compared to those other places and I can see why. This company did an amazing job and I will absolutely have them back again when I need more carpet / upholstery / mattress cleaning. Highly recommend - book these guys immediately!
