I highly recommend Davis Imperial Cleaners for getting your wedding dress cleaned and preserved. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. They provided pictures and detailed notes on what they would be doing, and when they were finished I went in for a viewing before they preserved it, and then they delivered the dress to me. They did an amazing job!

I had a wonderful experience with Davis Imperial Cleaners. I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. They were excellent at communicating with me. They sent me a detailed report with pictures and told me exactly what would happen. They made me feel as if my dress was as important to them as it is to me. I can tell they prioritize the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place!

Davis imperial did my wedding dress alterations. They were fantastic! My dress was perfect so all I needed was a bustle and a small alteration on the top of the dress. They are very professional and know so much about dresses. She helped my maid of honor corset and bustle my dress. When I picked it up they provided me with an emergency kit that included, buttons, beads, sequins, pins, band aids, safety pins, a sewing kit, potpourri, double stick garment tape, and a spot cleaner! What a nice surprise! They are a little pricey, but totally worth it. I would definitely recommend their services!

Very high end operation! Excellent quality and fair prices. My wife had her wedding dress cleaned and altered here aft I saw a parade of brides going in and out of here for years. They always did a great job for my basic needed and my wife and I were not disappointed. I cannot say enough here as they have repeatedly gotten stains out of things that I thought were long gone. I highly recommend!!!

Hi, I normally don't leave reviews but thought to give one here.

I started using Davis to clean all my clothes about a few months ago. I went to their location then found out they have a van that can come and pick up so I started using the van pick up from my house. I live in the south loop so it's more convenient to have the "Free" pickup and drop off. I must say that the van service is awesone. They call me when close to drop of on Saturday morning. The delivery guy is always the same and he is awesome and friendly

As for the cleaning. So far they've done a great job on my suits, sweaters, dress shirts, pants and combo leather items. They even stuff the arms with tissue paper. The packaging is great and the clothes are clean and fresh. They go so far as to remove the buttons on your garments and sew them back on after cleaning. No more smashed or cracked buttons. You can see ladies sewing buttons all day long at the store if you stop by. It's huge amount of work that obviously goes into this dry cleaning they do. Not many people know. Thus the price to clean items is a bit more but you get more service and detail for it at Davis.

I'm actually moving to a rural mountain area on the east coast in a few weeks and I found that Davis has a ship program so for my special items I need cleaned I can mail them my dry cleaning. Check it out it's on their website. If you go to their shop it's the best looking dry cleaner I've seen in many years. It's clean and done in a 1950's modern look. Their website has a great family story about them and the location dating back to the 50's and 60's.

We have been using Davis for many years. I would absolutely recommend them for your very fine clothing. As many reviewers have mentioned the prices are very high but they do deliver excellent results. Dry cleaning is a risk, and every cleaner will inevitably ruin something on occasion. Davis has been very reliable and whenever we had a concern they would re-do the work. They pick up and deliver in the Chicagoland which is a huge convenience. If we ever require special attention to an item we talk to Jordan and he would single out the piece and give to his best guy to process. They take off the buttons if they are fragile like mother of pearl and they hand press everything. Then again we only use them for couture. This is where you would send your moncler not your north face.

This is a cleaners. And they take it to the cleaners. If you have a lot of money, don't worry about it. If you're a poor sap like me, don't go here. You can go out and buy clothes at the thrift store and get a better deal. I went here a couple of months back, with 3 suit jackets to clean, and they wanted to charge me $50 for

Well we obviously won't be using your service. For three weeks we've been waiting on the welcome kit so I can have my Armani suits cleaned.. Armani highly recommends them. After several calls I finally get the package One of the three bags had my name.. the clothing bags had someone else's name and address on them! I'm happy to pay a large premium for service. Companies that promote themselves this way back up their claims. Don't waste your time.. If they can miss something like this so many times they'll screw something big up. Very annoyed and no clean suits!
