My son had to have a minor procedure to remove a cyst that had formed on the back of his leg. The entire staff at Total Dermatology has been friendly, attentive, & professional throughout this entire process. Our son is heavily involved in sports and had a narrow window to have the procedure completed. The staff worked with us to accommodate his athletic schedule. I am so impressed with my son’s experience that I will be changing to Total Dermatology. I highly recommend Total Dermatology!

The purpose of my rating this business a one because zero was not available. Apparently its not about the patients as much as it is the money. The way my insurance is set up whatever copay and extra expenses is billed thru the insurance after the visit. The receptionist had the audacity to tell me well no the way we do it is this way. The insurance can give you a credit.
Funny thing on my way out the door. I noticed their sign we will charge you 35$ for an abandoned appointment.
Maybe patients need to start doing this to them when they waste your time and money. Maybe we should have a surcharge when we have to wait .

Dr Monheight did my surgery and then reconstruction was done by Dr Daniel Rousso!! I was happy with the results.

Over charged me for a visit. They promised me my visit would cost $56.50 for a basic skin check, as long as nothing else was performed. I asked over and over if they were serious and there were no hidden charges, as I can't afford anything more than that. They reassured me that would be all I'd have to pay. Period. My scan took 5 minutes. The doctor just looked at my body for any suspicious moles or spots. When I left, I went back to the counter to schedule my next yearly check up, but I was told I had to pay an addition $34 dollars. They did not explain to me what the extra charge was for, just said it was for "after the visit." I had tears streaming down my face because I was directly lied to. I told them I did not want to pay it right now, then they stated they would just bill me. So I payed it. This company is only after money. I still do not know what the second charge was for, and I did not feel helped at all during that moment. I will 100% never visit this facility again, strictly due to the lies they told me. If you can't be transparent about your costs upfront and you have to lie to someone's face to get money, you lose my respect.
