I’ve been going to Dr. Smith since she first opened. I have a lot of issues and she has dealt with each, effectively, efficiently and professionally. I have never experienced anything close to what some of these negative reviews are saying. But then I also treat them with respect. Treat people how you want to be treated. The office as a whole is simply amazing.

Dr Smith is very precise, kind, and listens to your concerns. Some wait time, but not an unusual amount. But once you are back in the room, she doesn't leave you waiting long. Her staff are wonderful, Alecia and Julie particularly. Very kind and willing to help.

My first visit was very straight forward they took care of everything even if I had to wait a little bit. Well worth it glad I picked this efficient practice.

She was very rude and unprofessional she talked and was laughing at me about my illness to a patient and a student doctor so loud like a bully high school student. That I walked out crying,never treated and then received a huge bill.

Dr. Smith has done an excellent job taking care of my toddler daughter's minor health concerns. Staff has been wonderful - they have fit my daughter in same day several times.
