Good trail, but they don’t have any trash cans to put dog poop bags (and a lot of people bring their dogs). Pretty slippery when it snows because a lot of the trail is covered/going through the woods.

Great rail-trail for biking, but best to start farther north to avoid the crowds, e.g. Parkton.

The trail is always a great place to do a long run. One tree across the path due to rough weather. Great day😎🤗😆

So beautiful, nothing like this exists on the west coast were I'm from. You almost feel like you're in an enchanted forest. Great for all ages/levels, you can ride this trail forever and not scratch the surface.

the n.c.r/t.c.b trail is the best hike or bike trail on the east coast you see something new every time you go out. I was a volunteer ranger there for about 7or8 years. the park staff just great and helpful.but the volunteers outstanding all ways there to help you out they get a 10 star rating

Great december ride to PA and back, surface much harder and even than i expected, better than c & o canal towpath for example. 3 serious road bikes came by very fast. tons of stops and benches along the way. Not busy, but people the entire way, mostly on foot. Beautiful scenery, Wonderful trail.
