  Been to this location twice. Does anybody even manage this store? The place looks like a dumpsite soon as you pull in and the inside is not much better! There were more items on the floor then there was hanging or on the shelves! You have to ask somebody how much something is because it is not clearly labeled with a sticker or a tag. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles up the road to the Hampstead location.

  Sad. No decent inventory. I don't understand, When dropping off donations I see great items being handed over. Even see some nice things in the donation area. Some reason nothing really good makes into the store. Seems all the better items are sent out to other stores. Seems like a big screw you to loyal customers of this store. Shame on Goodwill of Chesapeake!

  This used to be a great store. However lately the shelves are bare. Sad part is you see people donating great stuff as you drop stuff off. None of it ever seems to make it onto the floor here. Apparently anything good gets sent out to other locations. I guess the longtime customers here just don't count!

  This store used be cheaper, but not anymore. I bought a "genuine" leather belt. But it was those made in China belt. So as soon as I got home, the top part of the belt separated from the bottom. It was just as fake as plastic China rice. Goodwill must do an effort to not deceive their customers.

  It is a huge store. The cashier's are very friendly. They do not put junk in this store, but actually things that a person would want to buy. There quality of items have improved amazingly. I also like the fact that they help people once incarcerated get another chance. Hat's off to you.

  Pros: Nice location, nice staff. Cons: not as big or nicely stocked as I expected from a Goodwill Super Store - items didn't seem as carefully processed as others. Biggest disappointment was the prices on frames, furniture and housewares - weirdly high. I chatted with a couple of other shoppers and they concurred.

  Was a best store , but after THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER *GRAY* THEY RAISED PRICES , IF ON EBAY ITEM COST 25$ THEY WILL PUT SAME PRICE. SOMETIMES WHO PUT PRICES DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY DOING .
