Good atmosphere, good food choices (even had some vegetarian dishes!).
You won't break the bank, but you'll more then likely enjoy yourself.
Tony's Restaurant is a popular moderate priced, non-chain restaurant with 2 dining rooms divided by a small open bar area.
The menu is a mix of sandwiches and dinners, some hoagies and a huge salad bar. The salad bar is a major feature with single-trip or unlimited options. The house BBQ sauce is featured a few ways including a slab of pork ribs.
The table service here is excellent and there are comfortable seating options to fit your comfort desire or a group.
Not very far from I-75 if you are travelling by the area. Strong Recommendation.
Very nice and courteous staff. Make you feel at home. Very kid friendly and lots of options for good food. Love the salad bar.
Decent food nice quiet atmosphere. Prices are on the high side. 25.00 to 30.00 lunch for two.bring the prices down a little and I would visit more often.
The ribs were delicious and fell off the bone. Service was very good. Salad bar was very good too!
Always good food and service here and usually not a super bad waiting time. Certainly worth the time though.
Weird place. Go elsewhere. Pulled pork is disgusting. If I could give it no stars I would.
Tony's is sooo good! Ribs - Amazing! Pizza - Delicious! Salad bar - Huge! Everything we've tried has been awesome! Our waitress was wonderful, clean bathrooms and plenty of comfy seating!
Excellent salad bar. Nice variety and the chicken salad is delicious. There is a division between two dining area with a traditional area and a racing themed sports area. The combo of a sandwich and one trip to the bar is a good value.
They sat our group of seven quickly. Huge salad bar. BLT was great!
Great place to eat. Very large sandwiches and a great salad bar.
Get the full rack of ribs dinner with the cheesy taters! (I think they are actually called something else, but the server will understand) also ask for extra BBQ sauce as a side. Dinner comes with a free trip to the salad bar (which has an enormous variety) and it's roughly 22 bucks. You will get your money's worth, and I strongly suggest you come on a hungry stomach!!
I was there several days back. I meant to write this sooner. There were some qualities I liked about this place. For one, they have a massive parking lot, easy getting in and out. I don't think there's enough room for a full size semi. But an RV shouldn't have any problem parking in the back. Next there is a YOOGE field behind the restaurant, perfect for my dog to go for a walk and pinch a loaf. The staff was great, the waitress was smart, cute, and very knowledgeable about the contents of the menu and pricing. Light on her feet, she was quick with the drinks and prompt with the food. Most of us did have the salad bar. The salad bar at this restaurant is one of the best I have ever seen. Its clean, its modern, its maintained, and its really vast in terms of choices. (I wont knock them too much, I didn't like the burger I got, but I am a picky eater on occasion.) The bathroom of course was clean and well stocked. All in all, I wish I had one here. 5/5 despite the burger. That field and spacious parking are a real plus. I probably shouldn't be eating hamburgers anyway and should just stick to salads.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience, the only thing good was our server, she was very nice and accommodating. Otherwise our mozzarella sticks were still cold in the middle, the fried mushrooms still raw, my husband got the all meat sandwich and it was one slice of each meat and all bread. Our food took 45minutes to get to us and they weren't busy. My daughters chicken tenders were overcooked. And the apple dumpling dessert had like 2 apples in and the dumpling was so hard you could barely chew it. The fries and onion rings were good and our waiters kept out drinks topped off though. We likely won't go back.
