I have been to this location several times. Usually for work dinner parties and occasionally for an individual visit. Every time that we have been here it has always been a fantastic, delicious time and the wait staff is professional every time. There has never been a time that we were let down or left wanting. The environment is fancy and relaxed. The food is fantastic regardless what you order off of the menu. They also have a great bar/lounge area with TV's for sporting events. If I can say anything bad it would be that the cost is a little high especially if you're looking for a casual night out.

Amazing Service! Very affordable and the bar atmosphere was amazing prior to our event!! Jessica the Private Events Manager & Scott the General Manager exceeded our expectations and made my company event a night to remember. Thank you and we will see you for a holiday party!! Top Notch!!

I ate here with a large group and the waiter was exceptional. Often times with a larger party the pace of things such as the drinks, appetizers, food delivery and so on are staggered and it ends up taking forever, but not tonight. The service was exceptional and the dinner was top notch and our group was in and out in a very reasonable time.

The server was very pleasant. Beautiful dining room. Bread was the best part of the meal however. My meal was okay but definitely not the best I've ever had. My wife's $50 steak was Meh-okay (her words). Her salad never made it to the table and our shared side dish was--basic.

The service is always excellent. The food is superb. The bourbon ribeye has so much flavor. Top it off with a peanut butter cup dessert and you will be set.

I came here with my family for a birthday dinner. The food and wine were excellent, and the service was outstanding. All the food was delicious, especially the steaks. The wine list was kind of intimidating, but the server had some good recommendations, and the merlot he recommended did not disappoint. The servers and hosts were really kind and eager to help us and answered all our questions. Even though with babies we were not the easiest table to wait on, they went out of their way to make this a pleasant time for us. Thanks!

We have dined at Eddie Merlot's for dinner once and just enjoyed Easter Brunch there. First, the wait staff is incredibleyou never feel pressured to hurry up, the come over at the right moment not every 5 minutes and the food is amazing. Atmosphere is upscale and relaxing. Great place for a romantic dinner or family dinner.

If you're willing to pay the price this is the best steakhouse in Columbus. Comprable to Ruth's Chris in quality and atmosphere. Amazing one selection and perfect cocktails. I need absolutely nothing the wait staff was perfect! Everybody was so nice from the hostess to our waiters assistant.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Eddie Merlot's. We sat at a table in the lounge. The live piano music was wonderful. Great service from Taylor and Jason. Food was excellent and so were the drinks. We hope to be back soon.
