  Tony at Berkshire helped make the sale of my home run smoothly in a very quick time frame. He always answers his phone calls when you need him. It could 7 am or 7 pm. Any questions you have about selling or buying, he answers in great detail which made doubt turn into "yes, it's possible". Tony is super helpful and very resourceful. I recommend him handeling anything you need in selling or buying your home.

  Mr. Tony Lopez made the selling of my home easy. His knowledge of the real estate market made it easier to sell my home and find me a new property quickly! I truly recommend him if you are selling and/or looking for a home! He's amazing!

  Tony Lopez was very proffessional, friendly, honest, and always available throughout the sale and the purchase of our new house. He helped us getting what we wanted for our condo and made possible on qualifying my young daughter on the loan aproval. We are fully satisfied for getting both transactions fst and efficient. Is great to know that people like Tony exists, he makes sure the customer has the best benefits. We plan to use and recommend his services in the future..Thanks Tony for your time and patience.

  As a first time home buyer I am one happy camper so to speak, thanks to Mr Tony Lopez. I told Tony on day one that I needed a 30 day escrow, not a 60 or 90 day escrow, and guess what, he made that happen which surprisingly landed on Valentine’s Day 2022 it was not my plan it was fate and meant to be for Me and my family. Tony is a professional agent and remained professional throughout and after the 30 days process was over. Mr Lopez worked overtime to meet my needs rather than to push me to the side or brush me off, Tony was available for me by phone every time I had a question or needed more assistance, he went above and beyond for me and kept his Word on everything I honestly don’t have any complaints!
  I am extremely happy to own and live in my new home. Would I refer Mr Lopez to a family or friend, Yes in a heartbeat.
