They are not good people to do business with. They were buying my house and after 48 days and thirteen days before closing they backed out. I already had a contract on another house with all inspections done and most of my things in storage. I am out a lot of money because of this and on a fixed income. They didn’t even put the earnest money down like i was told so I can’t even try to get that. In my opinion it was very dishonorable to not at least give me the earnest money that was never even put down according to the title company that they told me had it. I understand if someone changes their mind on buying but when you have had 48 days and wait 13 days before closing is not good business practice. I would Not recomend this company to do business with.

If you need to sell your home, be sure to call these guys first. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Fast, friendly, professional & fair people. I had a house in Ballwin that I needed to sell that needed some repairs. It’s a nice home, but I just didn’t want to do a long list of updates inside.
