If you need an agent that has been embedded in the real-estate industry for decades with an impeccable reputation and work ethic than this is probably the real-estate company for you. I don't "know" him but he seems to know the market in NWI better than anyone.
Nice man, with a ridiculous amount of knowledge and experience regarding realestate availability rent lease.. buy. whatever, he sems to know about it.
If you call and are put on hold a while it's because he takes his time with each call and client like it was his only one and will do the same for you.response / report this review -

Horrible. Leo Hatch personally Tried to charge $350 for "logistics and so on" Before he would give me the address no less! and needed it via cash app to a3rd party or iTunes card equivalents!!Should've known better when the man campaigned at my nephews funeral! All the talk about Hatch turns out to be true

Unfortunately, doing business with Leo Hatch is difficult. I paid him money for a credit check, and my credit is pretty good. Yet he for the sake of his own life couldn't get a key to show me the property that I paid for the credit check for. Evey time I call, or go into his business, he would forget who i am, and he has my money!. After about 5 failed attempts to get a property through him, I had contacted a landlord directly without using Leo as a middle man, and moved in headache free.
If you're a landlord, and looking to move properties quickly to avoid the financial liability of vacancy, I suggest using an alternative property management company. Portage Real Estate and Leo Hatch do not deliver the quality service to the community that you would expect.response / report this review -

Leo Hatch Jr. Said he would call us back about a rental and never did!! Also had very poor customer service, we were trying to get info for rentals in the office and he started helping a gal who came in after us, answering all sorts of questions for her and kind put us on the back burner so too speak
