  i thought this was a great company until i tried to get the money from escrow that was held back until the property was vacated, after a delay in closing and waiting on the initial deposit from the sale. I called and talked to the person that was the spokesperson from the company and asked for a couple more days to vacate and was told there should be no problem, now 3 months later i found out from the title company that they filed paperwork for the money in escrow before i was out. i definitely feel it was not warranted and fraud, i didn't get it in writing and screwed my self in the long run.i dont think it was a good thing to do to a person and i can't stand behind them! beware

  I was wanting to sell my home and quickly. This company was able to do that for me. Clay was great through the whole process - continuously telling me not to stress. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to sell their home quickly for whatever reason. This company was fair, honest and just wonderful to work with.

  Very nice and polite when speaking with them since I was out of state. Fast and easy. I did not have to do anything which I really liked. Very good service and quick. Thank you for what you did. Deanna was awesome.

  Pay Cash 4 Houses has been a pleasure to work with. I initially had reservations about selling my property. I expressed those concerns and each was addressed with professionalism and transparency. They also accommodated my timeframes and purchased the home for a fair price. I worked closely with Deanna and appreciated her help throughout the entire process. The team went above and beyond when an issue arose with the tenants prior to the sale. They also got me closed within a week. When I am ready to sell my next property, I’ll be calling Pay Cash 4 Houses!
