Your hours state 07:320 - 17:30 '. The Pharmacy needs a different time zone." Lord "I used to just hate that when I was on active duty. Another clock or a talking to the Sup. Forgot what I was lookin for Good bye.

I have received services from the Tomah VA for approximately five years, and every experience I have had has been extremely positive. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I want to thank the facility leadership and staff for the great service they provide to Veterans.

I used to go to the Tomah VA Medical Center from August 1995 to August 2016.

They have never treated me with respect. In fact, all I ever received was a run-around & a screw-around!

All the Staff wan'ts to do is screw someone up on prescription drugs & then jerk them around!

The Blue Team waiting area has a "Patient Rights" sign on the wall. Right at the top it clearly states: "The Patient has the right to be treated with DIGNITY & RESPECT", that means just that, not "kicked in the head & left for dead!".

I have had Staff from this facility call me on the phone & harass me to: "Pack my sh-t & move!". Clearly telephone abuse & harassment & is a crime. "If you don't have any family in the area, pack your sh-t & move!". Discrimination & harassment which are crimes. If you like the Green Bay Packers then, "You have to move to Green Bay!". I never played Football & wouldn't know which end of the ball to throw!

The Patient Rep, Julie Burton harassed me last April: "No one is helping you, pack your sh-t & move!" Harassment!

I have shown up for medical conditions on numerous occasions & the PA's wouldn't order any tests or order medications & would look me in the face & say: "Ok, you have been seen, now go home!". Clearly incompetent & irresponsible.

I have had to to the local Hospital ER on numerous occasions, because the Tomah VA Medical Center refused to treat me & refused to pay the ER bill. Any Veteran that is 100% & an Honorable Discharge deserves respect.

I had a scheduled appointment at the Madison VA Medical Center GI Clinic in October 2015 & no appointment was listed & I did not have the appointment letter, so nothing was done & basically refused any treatment or services.

I have complained on numerous occasions to State Rep Ron Kinds office in Eau Claire, WI & very little was done & took a long time, like over 6 weeks. Especially for Travel Pay, which now takes over 6 weeks. I spoke with Travel Pay in September 2016 & he said: "As long as you have the little receipt from the kiosk, you're good!" Not if you use credit cards & credit card companies won't wait 6 weeks without charging interest or late fees!

Staff at this facility facility are incompetent & not basically concerned any Veterans healthcare!

I called the Tomah VA at 12:30 in the morning and I got help. I was a patient in Tomah for nearly two months. I do not hold true to the complaining. I walked her halls and experienced nothing but professional personal and very helpful staff and patients. The complainers should try other healthcare centers and leave Tomah to us Veterans that feel privileged to have good care when we need it. Don't tell me the meals suck either. I found one menu item not to my liking, the rest was good food.

I have been going to this VA for more than 10 years, always had great health care. The staff treat you as a family rather than just a number.. In my experience.

We have had our Dad and also a church friend who is a vet at Tomah VA. The care they both received has been excellent. The nursing staff as been so attentive to their needs and the physicians assistants as well as the doctors have been first class. The social worker has been involved and also very helpful.
We could not have been more pleased with the care they both received.

I started taking my Dad there for things Medicare doesn't cover. Podiatry and his hearing. Nothing but the best service. The check in staff is very busy so treat them with respect. Good staff all around. I'm proud of you all. Thank you for protecting us.
