Wonderful nurses in L&D. They were always there asking if I was comfortable! Absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! A family member of mine went here for having a stroke and the staff was rude and wouldn't keep the family informed of what was going on. Finally a Security Guard came to get us and he told us what was going on and the first thought I had was why a security guard was telling us what happened and what happened to Patient Confidentiality.They then transferred my family member to Aurora St Luke's in Milwaukee because they couldn't take care of him at the Grafton location.Don't get me started on what St Luke's did because it just made the Aurora company look very bad. If you have to go to a hospital go to Columbia St Mary's Ozaukee because they will take great care of you there and put the patient first and make sure you are getting great care.

I recently had to visit the ER and ended up with emergency surgery. The ER staff was terrific and handled my immediate needs with competence and care. Unfortunately I had to wait for surgery because I had eaten recently, so they transferred me to a comfortable room. The nurses were kind and attentive. If I signaled for help, someone was always there. The surgery also went well. My only complaint was the poor training I received on the cath I needed to use at home for a couple of days. For some reason (maybe pressure from insurance), they released me that same night even though I was exhausted and asked to stay overnight. The nurse on duty struggled through the training (at 9:00 pm), and we were too tired to benefit much from it. Allowing me to rest overnight and receive the training in the morning would've been a more patient-friendly decision. A few days later someone from the hospital called to check on me, but didn't leave a voicemail. When I returned the call I was told the nurse was busy and would call me again that day. She never did. If she had, I would've shared this feedback directly rather than here.

I have had health complications that have landed me in the ER on several occasions over the last 2 years, and I have always felt listened to and taken care of by the kind and compassionate staff. The nurses, Drs, PA's, radiology, anyone who I've interacted with have made me feel cared for in some terrible times. I recommend this facility to everyone.

What an awesome facility and staff!! All were very friendly, attentive and professional. I really appreciated the staff anticipating and suggesting things to make my experience more comfortable. I will be returning soon for a more extensive surgery which will be done robotically. How wonderful to have a "state of the art" facility, along with a nationally recognized surgeon for my particular issue! I have complete confidence that my upcoming procedure will be successful and that my care will be awesome.

Every single person from the front desk to the doctors , nurses, emergency room staff, and information over the phone they are all the kindest people EVER! They have made me and my husband feel so welcome and have taken great care of us!

Absolutely love my doctor and have been seeing her for years! She is great with patients and is very knowledgeable.

The biggest issue for me is whenever I call with a question, staff will not allow me talk to my doctor without scheduling yet another appointment. They let me speak with a nurse and when I do they are usually unable to answer my questions. Beyond frustrating!
