got a brand new Nissan here. Missing a piece of the front bumper and no one went over the vehicle with me. They handed me the keys and said it's around the corner. Another dealer fixed it for me. Not the best way to start off the relationship with a customer driving a $28,000 vehicle off the lot.
Bought a car here. Very unsatisfied. The sales person was very cold and can careless about our needs. After I bought the car, I was informed that there is only one key. To add another key is $300Also, a week after I bought the car, I noticed that the back seat was missing a seat belt!! overall, horrible experience. Will never come back again.
I went to buy a used vehicle on this lot on Saturday, made an appointment, and it was waiting for me. What they had failed to disclose when I contacted them to be assured the vehicle was in good working condition (a maroon 06 Acura) was that it clearly had been in an accident, several lights were broken, the radio did not work, it was almost filthy (no detailing), and it needed a brake job. I should have known when I realized it had been on their lot for over 120 days- besides having been on another Mohr lot for 4 months. When I inquired about them making at least a minimal effort to fix the most pressing issue- broken lights/radio/and brake job to ensure the sale- they stonewalled me. Upon further inspection, the Car Fax revealed it hadn't been registered in over a year- probably because of the signs of serious accident that I saw.
Finally, as I was leaving the Sales Manager made a half-hearted effort to retain my business, but admitted when I asked him point blank why he wasn't willing to make a reasonable effort to make the car I came or saleable- he said that "among many reasons their investment in the car at that point was as much as they were willing to make". In addition, the salesman who said he would check for cars at my price point and get back to me never did. My main beef with the entire transaction was the lack of pride in their inventory they displayed (this was a dealership not a fly by night auction lot after all), their willingness to refuse to acknowledge the obvious short comings of the car upfront- or when asked directly, and disinterest in dealing with an educated cash buyer. I am buying a temporary car to get through college, but based on their lack of pride in service or transparency I will not be returning to view any of their vehicle- on any Mohr lot once I graduate and have 6x the amount of money to finance in a year. Being cheap and shady costs them 1000's and a whole family of potential customers (my son needs a car next + plus my stepdad with excellent credit saw the whole thing and was not impressed either).
BTW Ray Skillman Kia was not surprised when I told them this story as I signed papers on the car I decided to finance 4 hours later :)
2000 miles on my new Pathfinder, engine light came on. I went to Andy Mohr and service said they couldn't get to it because I had no appointment. Sorry, but the car you sold me didn't make an appointment with me for the engine light either! Drove to Ed Martin and they took me right in. I've always had good service experience with Ed Martin.
If you are not a white person do not shop here. These people profile. They literally called my friend a terrorist. They will be reported by my agency to the better business bureau as well as many other culturally diverse associations for anti hate. The manager Kelsey Bailey is a direct example of racism in the country. They also post cars online that they do not have on the lot in order to get you in the door to sell you a more expensive vehicle.
Beware of this dealership. My wife and I came to look a 2004 F150 Yellow Super Cab FX4, this truck is worthless. We live 2.5 hours away and called to make an appointment to come look at the truck. After talking to the used car Manger he assured us the truck was in good working order that the problems we cosmetic. He stated the truck has the check engine light on but is unsure why. His mechanics did not know what was wrong (first red flag). After arriving to the dealership we were told to take the truck to their mechanic to get checked out. We chose however to go to and independent shop to get an unbiased opinion. The mechanic we took the truck to said the truck was so bad he didn't even charge us to look at it. We were talk the truck would need a new engine, transmission, and rear end approximately $12,000 worth of work. Upon returning to the dealership the Internet manager said he knew the truck was bad and was going to take it off the lot. They lied again. The truck is still for sale they reduced the price to $6000. Stay away.
I have been using this dealer for 3 years now. It's pretty professional. I have had a car need to go back for the same issue 3 times . That's the reason for the 4 star. Then they never updated me on if the customer cars was fixed . But over all a good dealer.
Michael Noonan is the man! He hooked me up with a Altima about a week ago , he got me in something nice and clean, even when I thought my credit wasn't up to par. Definitely recommend asking for Michael he get you in something nice garunteed.
I previously leased a Nissan Sentra from Andy Mohr Nissan. I was so satisfied with the experience of the leasing process and the quality of the car that I returned to Andy Mohr Nissan. I previously dealt with the general manager, Mike Hopper for the previous Sentra. I was able to work with sales consultant Ken Maple and Mike Hopper this time around. Ken and Mike met everyone one of my requests for a fully loaded Sentra at a very affordable and reasonable monthly lease payment. I am not only satisfied but also impressed with both my new car and the service both Ken Maple and Mike Hopper provided.
I highly recommend that everyone seek both of them out for great deals on high quality cars!!!
Great experience! Ken (the salesman) was friendly, helpful, transparent, and not pushy at all! Mike (the finance guy) was willing to go over everything with us in detail as it was our first time buying a car. All around great company and great people!
Great customer service! The sales people are awesome! The General Manager is by far the best car dealer manager I have EVER DEALT WITH! I would recommend them to anyone! There service department is spectacular also! I will be back for my next NISSAN!
Just bought my 2014 rogue last night and it was the BEST hassle free experience ever! I didn't need a car, but I wanted one if that tells you anything.Ken Maple was an awesome sales rep, but Mike Simpson was AMAZING at getting me a GREAT deal within the financing aspect! Seriously, the first deal they gave me was tooooo good to walk away from!! I didn't really even have to "negotiate", I just told them the parameters that I needed to stay within and, they made it happen and I got exactly what I have been wanting! The staff was friendly and I still cant believe that they were able to make this deal work and, work well in my favor! Merry early Christmas to me! Thanks guys!! I'll be sending people your way soon! ;)
