Found a vehicle online and requested info on it, received a callback from Neil same day but couldn't answer due to work schedule, tries calling him back for the next week with no answer or callbacks decided to just stop by since it was one of the only vehicles my wife seemed to like and asked for any salesman but Neil. We were introduced to Ty and he was fantastic. We actually found a vehicle my wife liked even more thanks to Ty listening to everything that was important to her in a vehicle. We then sat down with Chris for financing and he was a great guy also. We had a time restraint and they worked with us to make sure we got out of there on time. I would definitely recommend working with Ty and Chris if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I took my car to Tom Wood Ford to have a factory recall repair. James the Service Rep. was very friendly and helpful. He kept me up to date on what repairs needed to be made. They had me in and out of the dealership in a rental car in less than 20 minutes. I was very impressed. That shows how well oiled they are when it comes to the service level they give to their customers. My car was done later that afternoon, but I kept the rental until the next day. When I went there the next day to pickup my car, again I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Thanks for the speedy service and I will definitely recommend Tom Wood Ford to my friend's and family.

I took my Escape in for service & Josh handled my case. He was excellent! He spent extra time writing down all the concerns I had with my car and made sure I had arrangements to get home. When it came time to pick my car up, Josh went over the service report and helped explain what each item meant.

I would HIGHLY recommend Ty Johnson at Tom Wood Ford if you are looking to buy or lease a vehicle!!! He was outstanding yesterday during my leasing/ buying search. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and He stayed patient with me. He took the time out to really explain both processes to my Fiance and I!

I'm definitely no Car expert and he really dived in explaining each perk and detail of the cars we test drove. I ran out of time yesterday and told him I would be back to work with him again this weekend! I was so impressed by his customer service, that I've already told 4 of my co-workers about him! He is a one of a kind Salesman! I wish more sales people were like him. Keep up the great work Ty! Thank you again!

My sales guy Jonathan was great! He did his best to get me the best deal possible. I had an issue with my car about a month into my purchase and Jonathan bent over backwards to see what he could do to help me get it resolved without having to break the bank.

I visited Tom Wood Ford and was immediately greeted by Bill when we looked through the dealership parking lot. It was a refreshing change from my experience at Pearson Ford or dealerships I've visited in the past because most dealers won't give me the time of day. Bill was very helpful and was honest from beginning to end. I walked away with a new Ford Escape and was very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I experienced.

Maddie with Quick Lane was incredible. We previously had a poor experience around 6 months ago and she really went above and beyond to ensure we had a better customer experience. I could tell she took time and energy to make sure the customer is taken care of and that they are getting the best possible deal. Also, big thank you Jonathan who worked on our vehicle. It is running really smooth and he threw in a free wash and tire polish which was a treat.

I had a wonderful experience at Tom Wood Ford's Quick Lane. I was there to get my oil changed and tires rotated and the wait was not as bad as I thought it would be. Maddy was my service advisor and she was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her while I waited on my car. Would definitely recommend anyone in need of an oil change to go here, but bring a sweater cause it's a bit chilly in the waiting area.

I thought I had a good experience Guess not. . I am only posting this so I can get some attention and so someone can reach out to me for a solution. I am not trying to bad-mouth anyone. I brought my vehicle in to get fixed. They charged me an $80 fee to get a diagnosis, which is absolutely fine, but it seems like they didn't use the diagnosis to fix the actual problem. They were done with the diagnosis very quickly, and I had a feeling that they were only doing it to sell brakes and other small stuff instead of looking for the problem. They ended up charging me $670 to put on 2 plastic pieces to fix the problem , all for me to come back again with the same issue. They want to charge me for an $80 diagnosis again even though I already paid that, for the same problem that they didn't even look very hard to find in the first place. I will be going to local shops from now on. I figured a ford dealership would be customer service based, however they are just going to keep having me come in on these $80 diagnostics and to keep paying for things that are obviously not the actual issue at hand. I shouldn't have to be at a $670 loss because their tech couldn't spend quality time finding the problem, and then have to spend another $80 to "look for the problem" again. I try to be reasonable and I tried to ask for a discounted diagnosis since its for the same problem, but Andrew didn't want to work with me on it. They either need to hire better techs or be more focused on why the customer is in the dealership in the first place.

Great service! Got a coupon for a filter\oil change and inspection + tire rotation. Bit of a wait but expected with the holiday just passing. Love the new facility!

The people at Tom Wood Ford are immoral, unapologetic predators who don't care who they hurt so long as they make a profit. They tried to charge me over $1100 to replace an alternator and a brake light switch. A brand new brake light switch costs $45 at Autozone and LITERALLY takes less than two minutes to replace. They said the repair itself--not the waiting time to have it done or wait for the part--would take a couple of hours and they were going to charge me over $300 to do it. I did it myself in the parking lot of an Autozone after buying the part and a pair of needle nose pliers, and I have no automotive knowledge whatsoever. I watched a two minute video on YouTube, and fixed it myself in less than 2 minutes. It is unbelievably easy to do and has worked perfectly ever since. I can't even trust that they didn't break it themselves. They are truly horrible people who prey upon those who are good-natured and trusting--who I have no doubt they regard as "suckers." Please, whatever you do, avoid this business and be sure to always get a quote for services that you can then shop around to other mechanics. It would have been cheaper for me to tow my car to another repair service and have them fix it. I wish I had. Truly disappointing.

My husband and I went to Tom Wood Ford to purchase a vehicle. We worked with Jamey Swan in sales and Zack from finance. We had a bankcruptcy on our credit report from a year and half ago. They got us a payment within our budget and we were able to drive home that day with a 2013 Sonata. Very happy with the vehicle! I would recommend them to anyone. Not only do we have a reliable vehicle with a warranty, but we also will be able to improve our credit score and not having to go to a Buy Here, Pay Here. Thank you for all your help. If you need someone who is going to work with you and not make you feel ashamed for having issues in the past, they will find a way. They went above and beyond in customer satisfaction.

I have been a consistent customer since I bought my car in 2011. RJ was the best sales associate I have ever worked with. He is very positive and straightforward with you. He helped me find what I wanted and didn't stop until it was in my possession. :)

I have worked with a couple different service representatives prior to buying my Ford there, I previously owned a 2001 Ford Focus. After working with a few different associates in the beginning and ironing out some computer issues with a new car, I finally found the service department associate (Trey Scruggs) that works well with my personality and expectations. He definitely has a lot on his plate but always takes care of my cars issues. He gets me appointments in a timely matter and really brings to light things in the future that may come up due to the wear and tear I put on my car. (I am really, really good at hitting pot holes.) 😑

The new service department has a better feel and environment to it. The actual service area looks top of the line and very tech savvy. Which is great to keep up with the times considering more or less all the cars made today have some form of a computer in it. The service waiting areas are very inviting and designed so much better than the old ones. The waiting area makes it a lot easier to comfortably wait on your carand it keeps me from looking at all those nice new cars out there too! :) Keep it up Ford!

We had a great buying experience at Tom Wood Ford. Our sales rep Harrison Brown did a fantastic job from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. We will definitely purchase another car at Tom Wood Ford as a result of the great experience we had. A nice Ford shirt would have been nice, but hey you can't get everything! :)
