So I have had a lot of issues with my car since purchase from ANOTHER dealer . O Brien has went above and beyond to get me in ASAP and answers to my questions . Thanks Justin for being awesome . I just hope they can figure out what’s going on with our car and fix it please .
If it’s not able to be fixed then encourage Chrysler to make good and replace it please.
This problem has been persistently happening since 925 miles well before any customization where made to the car .
We will certainly be looking at Tom o Brien in greenwood for our next vehicle it is a wonderful atmosphere and very friendly environment.
Awesome experience walked out with a steal practically brand new!!! Salesman Chris treated me right and excellant customer service and I met Paul in the service departmentsuper nice!!! Kevin in finances was awesome as well!!! Feel great about my purchase!!! Would definitely recommend!!! Surpurb experience!!!
Great and friendly people working there. Very informative. They are helpful to set up a following appointment needed to check out a problem that I’m sure they will fix perfectly fine.
Smiles from everyone from the time I walked in until I left. From the people working in the garage and on the vehicles to the woman doing the paper work at check out.
My husband & I bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee here. The car buying experience was great but 5 months later we were having problems with the transmission. We called to make an appointment to have it checked. It took approximately a month to get an appointment with their transmission serviceman. The day before our appointment they called and said they were overbooked and needed us to bring it in 3 days later. We did but they never had the time to even look at our car that day and when my husband asked to get a loaner vehicle they said no. Our son-in law, who works in the service department of another dealership, called and insisted that I get a car to drive until they decided they could get the time to look at my (brand new) car. Amazingly, they were able to give me a courtesy vehicle. That is terrible customer service. They didn't care that I was inconvenienced and didn't have a vehicle. We made an appointment weeks in advance and they still didn't look at my car and didn't care that I had no vehicle to get back and forth from work. I would recommend buying a vehicle here but take it somewhere else for service, even if it is a brand new vehicle under warranty.
I bought a used truck and 24 hours later the fuel pump went out. I did buy it as is but when I received a call from the salesman I explained what happened and he said he would talk to his manager to see if there was anything they could do and call me back. The salesman never called back that is why I am giving this a 2 star rating. I was not expecting them to fix the truck but I was disappointed that they did not call back.
Even though I returned to the dealership later in the day for an oil change, I appreciated the honesty of the sales manager in telling me up front that at 8:30am it would be a 2 - 2 1/2 wait for an oil change. He appreciated my patience when I returned. I was disappointed that Chrysler discontinued its oil change program and hopefully it will return. I was in and out in about a half hour
This dealership is awesome! They always treat me with respect and professionalism. The service department is the best. They are honest and get the job done in a timely and thorough manner. The sales crew are good people. It's a seamless experience from buying to servicing your car. I've never had a bad experience in all the years I've been using this dealership.
Angie Baker, the sales associate did a tremendous job in helping us into a lease for a 2017 Compass Latitude. There was no pressure and she truly wanted to satisfy our needs in a new vehicle. Our time with Kevin Miller was very satisfying as he was very respectful of our time. Great experience! I would recommend the O'Brien family dealerships to anyone!
Came in to buy 4 new tires and get an oil change. Took almost 2 hours. Then when I drive away I hear a popping noise. I pull over and check my tires to find that I can take the lug nuts off of all tires with my fingers. WITH MY FINGERS!!!
I brought it back to hear. "Sorry about that"
SORRY?!?! This is my wife's vehicle. It's was dangerous to drive!
This service department is a joke!
We bought a car from Tom O'Brien a couple years ago. It was my turn to look into a new vehicle. I started off at the Kia dealership off of 31, because I really liked the Sorento. Turns out once again, their customer service SUCKS!! I decided to go back to a dealership, that gave you that warm, family feeling. I have absolutely nothing, but positive feedback for Tom O'Brien in Greenwood!!!
Mr James and Tony gave me professional customer service and were very prompt in responding to my inquiries via email and text.
Tony went above and beyond to close a deal on the vehicle I was considering. Though the vehicle ended up sold to someone who was willing to give more for it than I, it was a positive experience.
Good job guys!
Terrible customer service. Say they want to do anything to help, but do nothing. Guy dug a hole into our windshield with his pen and then told us our windshield has damage and we have to pay to replace it (on a brand new 2017 vehicle). No one ever calls back. I think all Chryslers must have a motto to treat every customer as poorly as possible because we have had terrible experience at the one in Nebraska and now have moved to Indiana and have had terrible experience here. All in all, never buy from them. Never do business with them. Ever.
I purchased my 2007 Grand Caravan from another Dodge dealer in Indianapolis but moved to the south-side. Not a far drive to the other dealer, but Tom O'Brien in Greenwood was much closer so we gave them a shot. I was very impressed from the timeliness of the service center, the thoroughness of their staff and the friendliness of the Service Personnel. After several return trips, when it came time to buy a new vehicle we went to Tom O'Brien based on our service experience. Of course, with ANY vendor, there will be times that try your patience. Perhaps a part is not in, maybe you're in a hurry and they don't move on "your schedule" but they've always gotten the job done. We had a major malfunction of the new vehicle and once we got the issue ironed out\, the Service Manager took care of the situation until it was addressed. To this day I still return and the Service Manager greets me by name. They took care of us and my car and I will continue to give them first shot at my Chrysler/Dodge and any used car needs before going elsewhere. Thanks to those guys at the Greenwood location.
