Went to sparking image this afternoon on countltyline road. Have been here numerous times. I had 10$ left in my center console put of sight, I jumped out of the car thinking no biggie it's only 10$. As my car was finished I opened the console to find my 10$ gone. I understand I shouldn't of left the money but they had no business looking through my consoles. I asked for the manager and was told they haven't had a problem with thefts in a few months. He made it know he thought I was lying. To me it was 10$ no biggie but to someone else it could be more. Make sure to remove all belongings as manager makes it your fault. He didn't even investigate handed me a free car wash and sent me on my way.

Car always comes out lol king great. Sometimes. There is a little dust left in the dash, but can’t expect perfection for the price and then only having the car for 10 mins

I will no longer be using Sparkling Image/Wash Depot, I was threatened by an employee (Maurice) that he was going to beat my ass and run me over with my own truck and then crash it. I don't know why your regional manager thought that it would be ok to allow this employee to continue to work there but if this is how you do business then I want absolutely nothing to do with your company. I am absolutely stunned at how this employee was still allowed to keep his job. Then I get a call a week ago from the regional manger stating that the employee no longer works there ONLY because of yet ANOTHER incident. The incident with me wasn't even the first incident I was told and that this had happened 3 or 4 times before as well.

Had been with sparkling since an year, recently my friend opted out and am left alone. I think your sales would increase if you can give same price irrespective of number of cars. We were paying $60 for 2 cars, now since I do not have a second car, am forced cancel registration. I guess you are losing many customers who might be under same situation.

I use to love this spot but the last few washes are way below the bar I also paid the premium 45 dollar wash witch was supose to include a Maguire leather treatment but I couldn't tell the difference from the regular all my Windows were streaked and interior was what looked to be whiped down with a dirty rag I keep my truck clean for the most part and I got it back all streaked very disapointed

I paid 25$ for the top line car wash but didn't get one. The interior of my vehicle was still dirty.. the rubber mats in my car had a whole bunch of liquid in.. and when asking an attendant to rectify the issue I got the biggest attitude. this by no means is a place I would recommend to anybody rather spend a little extra at a better carwash. But I guess that happens when the attendants look like they not really interested in their jobs

So I always highly recommend to everyone except this one. Yesterday was my second time at this location and like the time before, they didn't vacuum really well, my windshield, side mirrors and front end were covered in bug guts, they didn't bother cleaning the spots off of the seats (I have leather seats), my mirrors and windshield were streaked really bad. Not to mention they didn't do a good job drying it off. It wasn't even that busy when I was there. I asked the guys to fix it and they looked at me like I was stupid. Never again will this location get my business. You are better off going to any of the other locations, especially the 38th St. one.

Only good thing remaining about this wash is the machine that washes the outside of the car. I go especially for the inside cleaning but it has been disappointing the last handful of times ive gone. Customer service is bad. The guys at the vacuuums are in such a hurry that i had to fight around them to secure my personal belongings from the other passenger side despite being the only vehicle until another truck lulled in a mi ute or two after i was already there and trying to fight to move my stuff out of their way instead of them throwing it around to get it out of the way. More horse play than anything, a quick wipe of a towel and the windows washed and that is that, there is no attention to detail, there is no effort lut in to ensure a good job is done. The office staff is no help and not very friendly. My company card requests a drivers id number so she refused my card and insisted on alternative payment. She only told me why she declined it after i pried for the information and she was running my personal card (the real easy one that all you have to do is swipe and not think).
Ive had on other visits damage to my belongings, damage to my vehicle, random changes in price for advertised service. It is always something.

I'm not sure how other car washes stay in business. For cheaper than other chains they towel dry the car and clean out the door frame areas. Saves me time when I'm detailing my own car. Inside detail is average, don't expect professional results. Do the inside yourself.

I don't know why I keep coming here. I think this last wash will be it. I've been coming here for years, and the past few washes I've got have been awful. I think my 5 year old daughter could sweep out my truck better. Just very upset that this place, in my opinion, has gone down hill.

The staff seemed friendly enough but definitely hurried. Which is great for getting your car cleaned quickly!
Their detailing services have decent prices but odd hours as they do not do any detailing past 1:00pm.response / report this review
