  The most friendly staff at a Harley Davidson dealership that we have experienced. When they found out that we were from out of state, not only did they make many recommendations, they gave us there cell number in case we have any questions or get lost.

  Steve McQueen and William Gutierrez of the driving academy. I personally wanted to thank both of you gentlemen for your time dedication and the awesome work that you all do with your class. I feel that I learned a lot from the both of you and the class to make me a better and safer driver. The constructive criticism was very good and helpful and made you think. I'm very glad that I took the class and had such great and awesome instructors. Good luck in the future and stay safe out there riding.   Purchased my 2nd bike from Indy SS Harley and would not have gone back if they had not earned my business. Excellent customer service in each and every department from sales, service, parts counter and clothing. The staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel appreciated. Have to give a shout out to George Lee in sales who is a terrific guy to work with. If you are looking for your HD dealership, look no further.

  Buddy and I stopped to look at a particular bike for him wasn't exactly what he was looking for but even after deciding not to buy we were given a full tour of the facility, and history of the dealership. Really appreciated the salesman's attention to us

  Eric Lowe said that we would find the right motorcycle for me. At 6'3, a lot of bikes seem cramped. He was patient and it took awhile. A month ago, purchased a Road King FLHP. The height of the air ride seat made the bike fit me perfect. Love the relaxed family feel to Southside Harley. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming. And that includes the customers too. And not to forget the service group that converted the police controls to civilian and re-enabled the cruise control. It was not just a plug and play conversion. Great guys who are proud of what they do. Thank you to all.

  “Had new handlebars installed on my Streetglide. Everyone in Parts and Service did an amazing job. Everyone was very friendly and genuine. My total service bill was actually less than what was originally quoted and the work was performed on time. When I picked my bike up it was immaculate. The guys restored my belief that customers do matter and customer service is still alive. I drove a long way to do business there (even passed another HD dealer) and it was well worth it. Whether you are in the market for a new bike or just an oil change for your current one. These guys are the best. I highly recommend them to anyone/everyone.”
