Brian and Mathew were great to deal with. No hassle dealings and found the car I wanted at the price I needed and did everything possible to get me the best price available. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them now!

I wish all dealers where like Eastgate. My salesman was Micheal Jenkins, I would highly recommend him. Micheal and the finance team did there best to set me up with a vehicle that met my needs and style while still staying within my budget. The receptionist is kind and the general staff very pleasant. My favorite part is that they gave me tips on how to improve my credit and a great car I can rely on. Thank you Eastgate!

The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Donavon was very knowledgeable and worked hard to earn our business. They had an amazing selection of vehicles to choose from. Prices and service was top notch!

Called this morning for a appointment to have 2 recalls completed & have a check engine light looked at. First available appointment was Oct 11. I asked for a Saturday appointment & was told that "we don't really have anyone here on Saturday's, its a skeleton crew & I don't know if we can get to it." Really?? Then why are you open on Saturdays?? I was also asked to leave my vehicle for 3 days, but no loaner car is available. Thanks for nothing, I'll find another place to take it. Very disappointed, since I've had previous good experiences with Eastgate.

Maintenance department is improving constantly. Great sales staff and great deals. Service department and new manager are raising customer service expectations. Mr. Norm T. I visited this dealership on 8/19 for an oil change. Was offered a package deal with four full synthetic changes for $199 which is a pretty decent deal. Took the deal and was pleased with service. A little less than a week later I noticed oil dripping on my driveway from my car. My car is basically brand new and seeing a big oil patch coming from it was alarming. Took it into the dealer and explained what I saw. They were terrific in dealing with the issue. The Service Manager was Brian and I couldn't have been more pleased with him. He gave me constant updates on what they were doing and showed me the cause of the leak (faulty o-ring on oil filter). They gave me a new filter, topped off the fluids and cleaned all the oil that spilled onto my car. Couldn't have been more pleased with their attention to the issue. This was all done on a Saturday as well which was impressive to me. Not only will I continue to come back for my service here but I will also make them my first stop when I purchase my next vehicle. Well done Brian and Eastgate!

Purchased a used car from Eastgate. In less than a week, a bad battery left me at a gas station at night with a car that wouldn't start. The battery was bad and wouldn't hold a charge for long. The A/C needed charged with refrigerant too.
The battery should have been known to them. That's something that's checked in any inspection. So, the car cost me a further $400 after the sale. The car was sold "as is" so they had every right to sell a car with a bad battery. But, that also means that you sacrifice your reputation for a few dollars. Bad choice. I would not recommend Eastgate to anyone seeking a new or used car.response / report this review -

Eastgate Chrysler exceeded my expectation ! From the time I walked onto the showroom floor I felt so Very welcome. I felt like I was visiting old friends, a very comfortable and special treatment. They worked out a sweet deal for me on a Chrysler 200 ! Needless 2 say I am happy with my new car picture me rolling! ❤️ Love you Eastgate 🙏🏾💕

Awesome, we was looking for a new jeep, a red trail hawk with a towing hitch on it. They did not have one on their lot so they searched other lots for one. In a few hours they had found one with everything we wanted on it and even brought it over from the state of Illinois to Indiana for us. We picked it up in a few days and we was off in our brand new jeep with everything we was looking for it to have. Great experience
