The service team at Tom Kelley Volvo was so professional and courteous from scheduling the appointment - to my shuttle to my job - to the follow up call after the service. The diagnosis was explained thoroughly for me so I could make an informed decision on timing for the repair. They also provided extra effort from the parts department when I decided to place an accessories order after I had already scheduled the repair. The accessories arrived on time and were in my car when I picked it up from the repair. When the shuttle had left before I arrived for my appointment, they provided a loner for me to get to my job on time. I am so glad to have Tom Kelley Volvo close to home for my repair and to have Rob and Mark in the service department.
