When i lived their they lost my rent money twice and claimed i never paid. Thankfully i kept all my stubs otherwise i would have to be playing double rent. Parking is full overnight and you have no choice but to park in a area where your vehicle can get towed. If it wasnt for management this would be a nice place to live in.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have lived in a lot of places all over the country and Todd Hollow was the worst place I have ever lived in every category. The place is disgusting and none of our appliances worked. The dishwasher was so full of hard water it made our dishes dirtier instead of cleaner, the fridge leaked and got ice build up that created mold, the AC did not work in the summer and the heat did not work in the winter and management was not helpful. The fact that management did nothing may have been due to the fact that it changed 3 times in the 9 months that we lived there. Also, the place did not pass inspection and they tried to blame their residents for it. Also, the "neighborhood" is not safe, there is no parking and our neighbors were loud and rude and when we tried to get management involved the once again did nothing. Finally, they broke our lease agreement and have dragged us through court for the past year trying to get us to pay for the upgrades needed in the apartment to make it livable. I would have rather of lived in our car the 9 months then go back and live at Todd Hollow again. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCREWED AT THE END OF YOUR LEASE! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL IN ALL CATEGORIES

This apartment complex has a poor reputation from former management. I have had nothing but a positive experience here the management is super helpful whenever I've asked to have something fixed or had a question about anything. I love living right across the highway from the Jordanelle and Chris the maintenance man is a miracle worker.

I really think this place is looking up! I really enjoy the new manager. It is very clean and it's convenient because work is so close. It is nice to live in a clean place with a nice view that's affordable.
