I was told that I could park my trailer in the back when I made my reservation so I let them know I was going to get it. When they said we are sealing our parking lot. So after two days of push me pull you and nothing getting done with only one way in arms one way out it was a log jam of cars, trucks and trailers with the exception of mine.
Very Un organized, AMD lack of planning. This was a last minute decision made by management what a cluster f!
On a holiday weekend no less. Won't stay again. My first experience with the west valley location was great. Kudos.
Every time no matter what location, Now every time it's a disaster. Good luck if you take your chances.
Hope you are a patient person.
Plus if you are sensitive to microwave towers they can also accommodate you there as well, with two giant towers directly behind you close enough to warm your coffee. Eeeeeek

Better than most Extended Stays. It was cleaner, better maintained, and prettier. Unlike a few other Extended Stays, this one had an actual blanket between the bedspread and sheets. The employees are very friendly, especially Shauna who greeted us every day. Only negative was the small stove that never got hot enough.

I have stayed here a couple times. Not bad but not great. Survivable if you remember what you paid for the room. "Free Breakfast" serves better as a laugh on the way the original pancake House down the street.

The front desk staff could collectively improve their customer service. I felt they gave passive aggressive comments when they could have been more direct. The staff was not as knowledgeable with their location, which is usually an indication they haven't placed enough effort in knowing the area. The room we got is a little dark and felt outdated. Shower wasn't too bad. I only noticed 1 trash bin in the room. The breakfast bar provided a very minimal option, where I've noticed other hotels to be much better. The options included coffee, instant oatmeal, muffins and granola bars. The stores around are great though!

The location is perfect and you get everything around the stay.

But the problem is house keeping, I stayed for 15 days and not even once house keeping was done. I was informed once a week it will be done, but never done till the day I left. I felt like an outsider when I moved around the place and was reluctant to ask about the house keeping.

They do not have breakfast, only few muffins and oat meal bars. I did not have bfst all 15 days since I have to leave for work at 7AM.

It is not suitable for long stay, just over night stay will be good.

Clean, comfortable and affordable. Cool little kitchenette. Nice staff. Thin walls, but that's about the only con I noticed.

The Extended Stays parking lot, was something that was absolutely surreal. Despite the steady breeze, with an occasional extemporanious temperamental gust of windthe parking lot remained immaculate! Not a single particle of debris sullied the parking lot that day. Also, the lines..the lines which define one parking slot from another,we're extremely vibrant and crisp.

The hotel was alright for one night. It is definitely an older hotel and it shows. The furniture and certain things in the room didn't work as they should. Staf was friendly and helpful.

First off, I reserved a room with a queen bed and pull out sofa. When we got there it was not available so we had to be "downgraded". The room they gave us had just a queen bed an a bathroom sink that didn't work (broken drain).. oh joy. So we asked for another room. The replacement room did have a queen but it was handicapped accessible, which was good since we did have someone disabled, but unfortunately the bathroom had a nasty "swamp smell" that constantly came from the drain area, it was horrible. They do NOT have any shower chairs of any sort for the disabled walk-in showers, which is dumb. The room could use better cleaning, especially kitchen area, which included a towel with an ant on it. The walls are very thin, could hear the neighbors (unfortunately) reproduce and feel it on the bed since the beds are attached to the walls (dumb move on the hotel's part). I also did not feel safe here, there were a lot of ghetto/questionable people walking around and staying at the hotel. Won't be going back. Update 1/9: I contacted them back via their contact form 4 times with no response. Finally today I received a response and they claim they sent me a certificate as original promised. I never received anything and gave them my info again. They were all surprised I wanted compensation or wanted to stay with them again.. so? what does it matter? if you promise something you FOLLOW THROUGH on that promise, not make excuses as if you know me. I would use the certificate at another location, not Sandy, UT. So what's it to them? They promised and they better deliver. Stop making excuses for your dumpster fire of a hotel and garbage customer service. UPDATE JAN '17: I ended up having to complain to a corporate supervisor in order to get the promised certificate (He was nice enough to send me 2 for all of the trouble). It was obvious that the managers at this Sandy location outright lied to me about sending them the first or second time (after I complained). It shouldn't have to take a third time (and an hour+ on the phone) to get something that was promised to me after such a terrible stay! I hope they fire all of the snobby liars who work there.
