Hotel is very nice and recently gone through a Reno. Rooms are clean and staff is nice. For traveling it's a good location away from the very busy areas of Sandy, Lehi, and Thanksgiving Point.

Our door keys didn't work, and our hallway and room smelled like marijuana. The front desk attendants did not act like they wanted to help. Had we not booked direct with them, we wouldn't have been able to get a refund.

Nice quiet hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was kept clean, breakfast was free, well-stocked and provided good choices. Located in business area and quiet. Food choices in 5-7 min driving distance.

Now is not the time to visit this Holiday Inn (July 2017). We should have been suspicious of the bargain price hotel room. The hotel is undergoing major remodeling. The entire lobby is exposed drywall and stacks of construction materials. Almost everything else had out of order signs on them, the ice machine, the vending machine, the breakfast pancake maker. The usual breakfast area is under construction, so everyone has to make do with a smaller meeting room without enough tables and chairs. The cinnamon rolls were pretty good though. Maybe we got what we paid for.

Somewhat of an older hotel undergoing a few renovations in the lobby area during our stay, none of which really affected our experience. Was not originally built as a Holiday Inn X.
Rooms seemed decent. Carpet probably up to be replaced soon. Noise wasn't an issue.
Good value when booking reward night at current 15,000 point rate.
Not the best location if you want a selection of restaurants/stores, etc in the immediate area.
Certainly worth consideration for a night or two.

The main problem was that they are in the middle of remodeling. In other words is really no amenities per se. Okay to what are the breakfast, in what appeared to be a temporary location and no pancakes or waffles. Also Fitness area was completely unavailable.. the pool area was pretty good for the grandkids it kept them occupied the rooms are nice but I feel my father-in-law . Spent too much money on this Hotel.

Property is going through upgrades and renovations in common areas on 1st floor but rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Request a room not adjacent to freeway to keep noise down.

The Holiday Inn Express does a great job. The rooms are spacious and pretty you to date. The pool and spa were good. The included breakfast was alright. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a great experience for a late night, not planned stop. There was a guest outside of the lobby and was asked a question. Immediately the night manager Matt was checking on our well-being. The room was clean, beautiful and welcoming .
