The people are nice enough. The lady out front is cool. I really question the skill of their techs. I was given really bad information twice that sent me off on a goose chase each time. They magically find problems that may or may not exist and then give inflated estimates. Caught them twice. Caveat emptor.

My car tyre was punctured with two nails, one if them in a cross manner. Few tyre stores refused to repair and asked to change the tyre itself. I thought of giving a last try with Tires Intl. I was pleasantly surprised by the service offered. They fixed the tyre without any questions and also at a nominal price. I also got my wiper blades replaced with no installation charges. Really Excellent service.

I bought a vehicle from another state and CT DMV requires its VIN to be verified. Tires International offered this service, so I stopped by without an appointment. They were very busy so considered leaving but they were able to help me quickly and I was on my way in no time. Very helpful and prompt service.

This is an extremely reputable company. I have had them work on my car for over 9 years now and they do a fantastic job every time. I NEVER worry, when they are doing oil changes, that they are going to try and have me buy extra things I don't need because they think they can pull one over on me. Prices are reasonable, the staff are professional and friendly.
