Great Experience. Jason is the owner/operator. He provided appropriate help for myself and family bicycle needs. The service is fantastic, friendly and reasonably priced. I felt welcomed and no pressure with no pretensions unlike other local shops. I really couldn't ask for more.

Great owner - I'm and old guy with some balance issues. We talked about an adult trike - now I'm riding one and loving it. So far the man is great. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That goes a long way in my book! Off to get some much needed exercise.

Fast, honest, and totally unpretentious shop in Florence. Don't let all the BMX bikes fool you. They stock parts for and repair MTBs and road bikes, too. I've been going to the the FCBS for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the work that was done and the level of service. If you love to bike, support your local bike shop!

Full Circle Bike Shop is now my go-to bike shop in Florence and Northampton. Jason has gone above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions to help me, even going so far as opening a bike light off the shelf for its batteries to replace mine when the shop was already closing up for the night. He went out of his way just so I didn't have to bike home in the dark. Jason is not only a bike mechanic but a rider himself, family man, artist, and a real mensch. I'm thrilled with my new bike seat (kind to the perineum) and purple pedals on my commuter bike, which he installed for me on the spot (which turned out not to be easy because I have an ancient bicycle with weird bolts), he found me some old reflectors to tack on for free, and he only charged me for price of the materials! Now my bike is four times more comfortable to ride, I only spent about $50 total, and I'm riding in style. Clearly this is a place with the long view in mind, of real kindness and connection, not the quick sell or fake niceness by design. Highly recommended for price, generosity of spirit, and great service.
