I wish there was an option of zero stars because that is exactly what the customer service in this store deserves. They cannot even be bothered to greet or smile at customers, let alone assist them. Both my wife and I have tried going in several times just to see if the service would be different and it never has been. I really believe in supporting small local businesses but this one isn't one that I can bring myself to support. I bought my baby carriers online instead.

This place always has the best toys for my niece and nephew, and the staff is fantastic at finding just the right things. A must for anyone trying to avoid toy stores filled with mindless plastic junk.

I must say that A Childs Garden makes you either want to be a child or to have some of your own. This store is the perfect store for young children because it has the children in mind first. I do not have any kids of my own but I frequent A Childs Garden for all of my baby/child gift giving needs. The selection is always top notch and I never have to worry about whether the toys are safe or not because THEY ARE!!! When I have children of my own I look forward to attending the classes given here on baby wearing and cloth diapering. I'm not there yet but when I am I know just where to go. Thank you for being in Northampton.
