I had no clue this place even existed and should not even be in business because of Brian's smart ass remarks. I came to this place of business because I was having Tire problems I had contacted the manufacturer of the tire. And he had advised me that there is a warranty on the tire 30000 mile warranty through the manufacturer which Brian knew himself and pretended not to know. So as I show up here to this place of business because the manufacturer referred me here to have them take a look at my tires and the problem that was going on with the defect of my tires immediately he started to ask if I purchase the tires there did not even give me a chance to finish. And foolishly he kept on believing I was there to return my tires when in fact I was there to do an exchange based upon the manufacturers warranty. Instead of him just listening to the customer he comes up with a smart-ass remark telling me that the manufacturer is not the one giving him business that he is the one giving manufacturer business well if he's giving the manufacturer business then he is giving customers the crappiest business ever and being dishonest with the warranty from manufacturer companies that they sell to the customers they will sell you Tire's but not fully inform you of your warranty information as well inflate cost as they're trying to close you out at the end of the receipt. You may have one thing correct Brain the manufacturer doesn't give you business. its customers that give you business. that give the manufacturer business and if you cannot maintain excellent customer service and treat your customers with respect then how the hell do you expect to have someone come back to your place of business. Besides having them pay for least amount of money and not being informed about manufacturer information on their tires and warranty instead you would try to foolishly deceive the customer. and you will tell the customer that there is no warranty. so like that they can purchase new tires and you get to rip them off because you keep the old tires and create a warranty exchange and still charge disposal fees I highly suggest you find yourself a different tire shop I don't recommend this place of business. Take one good look at Brian and then just turn around and Say Goodbye.

Needed tires for my car.
Walked in, guy behind the desk finally said "whaddya need"?
Almost told him "someone who gives a rat's ass about their customers", but instead I said "new tires for my car and a ride to work about a mile down the road."
He replied, "that ain't gonna happen".
I said, "neither is my purchase of your junk tires, adios"
If anyone ever asks me about Tire's Warehouse, I'll tell them to keep on going to America's Tire on Brookhurst and Warner.
They treated me like a real person, and were happy to give me a ride and pick me up when they were done. Now THAT'S customer service!

I have been going there for the 8 years. Good service but if you try to claim your tires "beware". Purchased a set of 4 that was suppose to last 65,000. They only lasted 19,000 and when I went to get a warranty they said "we don't cover claims". They will sell but not cover the products they sell. Will go to Costco down the street from now on as when I mentioned they would pro rate the tires they sell the Sales guy said "Yea.we don't do that". Ask before buyingbut then they may not tell you that at all.

*** Just confirmed that they will NOT cover any tire for mileage! Just defect within the first year. Go somewhere else if you want that type of customer service as other DO offer it.
