I highly recommend this place to get the best deal in tires in orange county. I have called several tires places and warehouses. Couldnt believe there high prices for 1" 22" Nexen tire. American tire depot gave me the best price!😉😉😊

I bought my tires from here over a Year ago and they were of very good quality for a great price. Today I came cause I had a nail in one of the tires and they fixed it and also rotate them for free. Service was great, very friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

I've been a customer of this particular shop since it opened. I've always received the best and most friendly service. The manager, Rapi, is always helpful and gives recommendations for service with recommendations on when the services need to be done.

Watch them actually service your car. They tried to tell me my wheel alignment was done without ever servicing it. Trust me, I have done alignments before. This place is a JOKE!

I was scheduled for an alignment with an appointment at 8 o'clock on a Saturday. I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour, which is extremely sad because there was two other cars needing service (not alignment) and around 5 technicians. It is a typical small and compact Nissan? Anyway, I watched as my car was brought into the shop and raised on a lift, where it sat for 25 minutes. During its wait, the service representative told me my tire tread was low, which I was well aware of. Regardless, I know I still had tread to be serviced. Then after the 25 minutes they parked my car and brought another car into the service bay. Then the service representative told me that my car was ready. I stated, "Really, my car is done? It never once touched the alignment rack!" He then apologized, which is pathetic because he could have verified with the technician my service was complete. He then told me that my car will be done soon. Finally, at 8:50 my car was pulled onto the alignment rack, where again, it sat untouched until 9:20. It was amazing to see the service was complete at 9:50, only a 30 minute job, yet quoted 45-60 minutes?
In addition to the aggravation I had for the horrible service, I myself had to request that they torque my wheels to OEM specifications. The technician ignored me saying "the impact gun was stronger", cool, I know it can be stronger, but its also easy to skip over a lug when you are lazy! (Evident from the lack of service I had for an hour and a half) Then as I was receiving my keys and paper work from the same service representative, I told him to torque my wheels. He replied with "actually we didn't need to loosen them so it should be fine." Are you serious? I watched the technician remove my lugs in order to remove my hub cap to put the alignment sensors on. Stop trying to talk your way out, you seriously are blind to what goes on right in front of you. Again, I told him "just torque my wheels!" It is pathetic knowing you guys are able to service cars when it is actually required to do a small service of torquing down a customers wheel.

I refuse to go back to this joke of a shop. Horrible (also lack of) service, 2 hour service time WITH and appointment, unprofessional, did not torque my wheels. Simply saying, they can not do the task the are paid to complete.

I advise all of to actually watch them service your vehicle, regardless of the ridiculous service time, and demand them to torque your wheels! I even watched them service a heavy duty Ford truck with out torquing the wheels down, knowing that there torque guns are not adequate to supply the required 110+ lb*ft. I am a previous tire technician and we NEVER let a car out of our service bays with out all lugs being properly torqued, even if they were not touched. It is called, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction, something this store clearly lacks.

Jack took care of my flat tire and balancing at no time, very early in the morning when other places were all closed. He knows how to take care of his customers. Fair prices. I highly recommend services on this place.

I bought a tire on Saturday. I noticed it had a bubble Monday. they told me the bubble was caused by a pinch. How can it be pinched if the damage to the tires was inside the rim. The rim has no damage to. It the sidewall of the tire has no damage to it. The damage was slice of the rubber portion that was inside the rim. it clearly looks like it was done by the pry bar that used to pry the tire off and on they shove it into the rim forcing the rubber. Also this guy charge me for another valve stem saying it was bad that had clearly been replaced two days earlier interesting judgment on the character of the person working at this company charging for something that's brand-new only been used two days and replacing it.

Now my 5th set of tires on varied vehicles, Rapi still comes in with the lowest prices. Straight talk with no BS is what I expect and have recieved everytime. He'll tell you the truth even though you may not want to hear it. But he lets you know cause he wants your business for a lifetime not just once. I was refered from a friend over 10 years ago, and I personally refer everyone who needs tires myself.
