My daughter was driving my Nisan Frontier truck to work, when her "check engine" light showed up. She did not know any better but to turn to the dealership, which was Surf City Nissan. They "read the codes" and estimated more than 3 thousand dollars in repairs. Good thing she called me and i said NO-NO. I took truck home, checked codes myself, have not found anything even close to what technician said "broken". I drive the truck myself for last two months, works fine, I hate people who trying to up sell stuff that was not even broken to a person who would not know. I would never going to that dealer again!

The surf city Nissan always helps me out with my car. I drop it off to get serviced, they give me a ride close by and come pick me back up. Daisy the woman who helped me was very fast and efficient. I was quickly taken care of even when they were at their most crowded time. Even though I made an appointment, I still had to wait a little longer but I didn't mind because the location is very comfortable. They provided exemplary service and their amenities are fabulous. Staff is self supportive and drives to provide excellent service, every time. Thanks surf city nissan!

If I could give this place a zero I would. What I thought was a good buying experience, sales Andrei (STAY AWAY) David Ortega (STAY AWAY) seemed very nice and like they actually cared to help get me into the car I wanted. Which was all BS! In the end I ended up getting screwed and being the worst experience ever. They're liars!! Don't come here !!!

Wow! I have nothing but compliments about this dealership. I just bought a 2017 Altima yesterday and the customer service there was the best I've gotten from any dealership. I went to 3 other dealerships before this place and the salesmen from those places seemed way too pushy. I bought my car from Jesse and he was really polite to me and my girlfriend. He did an outstanding job on showing the Altima off to us. Henry did our paperwork and he was awesome. I've bought 3 cars in my lifetime and this is the best experience I've ever had. Definitely coming back down the road for another car!

Sales department to maintenance all people are very professional and helpful and knowledgeable at best. I have been going Nissan dealerships little over a decade and bought many different vehicles so far. All the time they make me feel special. Another great experience with Sales Department.
