I bought my tires here a year ago and i also purchased the one year wheel alignment. When I went you use my last alignment before my year was up they tried to pressure me into buying brand new tires and charging me $400 more than what I paid the first time and tried to tell me I had a dead cell in my battery and my car wouldn’t be cranking before long. They also wouldn’t rotate or put air in my tires because they said they were too worn. My tires still have 3/4 tread on them. I took my car to get the oil changed and they were like your tires need to be rotated and your battery is fine we just cleaned the terminals. These people are lazy!!! Also my wait time was one hour and 34 minutes with an appointment then they didn’t do anything to my car. LAZY!! Sorry but you lost a customer.

Went here a while ago to make an appointment for new tires and brakes. I didn’t get greeted or anything. The chick that worked there was too busy talking to an older gentleman, and when she noticed me, her response, and I kid you not “Uh, we’re kind of busy here, I don’t think they’ll get you in today”. First of all, there was literally only two cars in the parking lot and none being worked on at the time. You’re to busy to make a freakin appointment??? Secondly, I just came in to make an appointment because this place was on the way home from where I was coming from. I couldn’t believe the ignorant attitude this young woman had so I said okay, walked out, and went across the street for better service. Absolutely sad.

It's been an okay place for tires and battery. They have matched prices at times. The last tire quote I received had a tire service additional cost that included what I would expect from anyone. It was over $200!
They are often too busy to fix or rotate tires on short notice, so be prepared to leave your car. I've had to go back for missed repairs too. Such as checking a leaking tire. It's not a horrible place nor a great one either.response / report this review -

Great experience, I had tires installed on both mine and my wife's vehicles. the service was completed quickly with no issues good customer service at the front desk. Wi-Fi and coffee available in the waiting room. I will continue to consider NTB for my vehicle service and will recommend it to others.

The customer service by the current manager is terrible. If you want to find a place where you want to feel being treated well and received a respectful customer service look somewhere else. Mark, who used to be the previous manager was excellent at working with people, but the current manager has totally different customer service standards. Will not recommend this store for servicing your car.

This company is the biggest joke I've ever seen! Not only did they damage my car by leaving it in a no parking area they also lied about the Buy 2 get 2 free deal! U buy 2 tires u expect to get 2 free! So now that I bought 2 tires that are very expensive for my car the 2 tires im supposed to get free is now 400$!! Doesn't sound free to me! This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I strongly advise anyone to NOT go to this store or deal with this company at all! Bunch of damn crooks!!! Had to call corporate on this store and the one on Bobby Jones!! This was the last straw!! U will not get anymore business from me at all! Not to mention how word of mouth is gonna effect future business! I've sent quite a few people there because I deal with the public quite a bit! U guys are gonna be the ones that feel this loss not me! 😡😡😡😡

I've read the reviews and am not sure what happened to other folks but I have had good experiences with NTB in Evans. When is it was Mark at the front or now Shawn, they have always treated me well. Josh has been my tech several times and has answered my questions on the phone and always been very professional and I have not had a reason to think he wasn't doing good work. I have been here for regular oil changes, belts, brakes and other things and yea they could always be faster but the work I have asked for has been done and done well. If I could critique them on anything it would be to up the communication with the customer, but I bugged them enough to make up for it. I will continue to be a customer here.

I've had way too many problems and spent more money than needed to think the problem was fixed and be told when I brought out bank I would have to spend almost $400 more to fix something I already paid them to fix. Then when I went to get a second opinion almost everything that was worked on by them came up as a red flag or caution so I don't know what that was about. And my oil filter was put on crooked from what i was told and that's why it was leaking. But there was some very helpful people there. Just not satisfied with the work done on my vehicle.

Hope the service is better than the reception! On a Saturday, I set up an appointment for 9:00 AM on a Sunday for a simple plug and patch, at the time I asked counter receptionist if I needed a confirmation sheet, he stated not necessary "You are good to go". When I arrived on Sunday, I was informed that it was a 10:00 appointment, when I protested that the time was wrong I was asked could I prove I had a 0900 appointment. Will not be coming here again.

Staff was friendly, but technicians not attentive or something. Got my tire repaired and when picking it up I asked them to verify psi was correct and even told them what psi should be. They took the tire in the back to verify/correct. Brought the tire back to me and said it was good. I installed on the vehicle and got a low tire pressure warning. Verified with a tire pressure gauge and they had not put any air in the tire. It was off by over 30 psi.

Mark and his staff have always treated my wife and I very well. I feel that the work in addition to the oil changes has been very good and NTB backs many repairs we have needed with better warranties than other places. We will not take our vehicles to other shops any longer, mainly because they have always seemed to quote work equally or save us money when we need actual repairs. The staff always seem to go beyond our expectations with worked performed and customer service.

This is like my 3rd home. Mark and the staff has always been friendly and treated me like family. They are busy all the time but they do tell me in advance how long it will take. My family will always bring our 5 cars there. Never once we were unsatisfied. Praise to the whole staff!

My experience at NTB was not great. I dropped my car off at 1:30, went to lunch, came back at 2:15, and my car still had not moved. About ten minutes later, they moved it, and it wasn't finished until 3:00. I told the cashier that we got there at 1:30, and had an appointment for 1:30. She said that we should have dropped it off earlier than the appointment time I don't think I was the only dissatisfied customer there either. Today was not at all how I wanted to spend my day off of school.
