Bought a vehicle last week from Milton Ruben Chevy. Was extremely fortunate to have Mark Wilson as the Sales Rep. Mark was very patient, showed my wife and I all the vehicles we pointed out and explained the difference in features and prices. Once we chose a car, We applied for financing online, went back the next day and sign some papers and bought the car we wanted. Mark made the process very easy and convenient for my wife and I.

Milton Ruben Chevrolet in Augusta Georgia is an awesome place to get new cars and used cars. We went looking for a used car but when we got to Milton Ruben Chevrolet one of their salesman approached us his name is Kylen he was an awesome salesman and got us into a New Chevy traverse for the same price as the used one we went to check out. Milton Ruben is the Best Dealership in the Southeast! I live a little over 2 hours away from them and I have purchased from them in the past but this time I was just looking online at new vehicles and talked to Catherine in the Chevrolet department. She was Amazing and quick to respond, please when you call ask for her specifically. I let her know a ballpark of what I could pay and afford on a new truck and that I would be interested in a week or two because I wasn't going to have enough time to make it in to the dealership right away. It turns out that same day we were able to complete everything over e-mail and text and line up a delivery date for my new truck. It was the exact truck I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. The finance department was very nice also. The delivery day came and they delivered on my lunch break at the exact time and place we agreed to. The delivery drivers were so nice and friendly they even stopped to top off the gas right before delivery and left me with a full tank of gas in my new truck! Again these folks are professionals and know exactly what they are doing. They genuinely care about the customer and the paperwork only took 5 minutes to sign since the deal was already made over email and the phone.

I enjoyed my visit with Chevrolet Milton Ruben. The moment I stepped on to the premise I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. My salesman was Trenton Boggs. Mr Trenton was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He got me in a nice 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 for a great price. I definitely plan on referring people to both him and this business. 10 out of 10

Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that the courtesy shuttle was not offered but had to be requested and extra paperwork done to use it, even though its free. The gentleman driving the shuttle did make me nervous as well. Staff was great and helpful. Free coffee in the waiting room.

If there was a 0 star option, I would give it. My family and I have always had terrible experiences at Milton Reuben Chevy. Having lived in Augusta for over 14 years, I can't remember having a simple or even satisfactory experience with the people at Milton Reuben Chevy. Take my Mom's last experience with them: she called ahead to see if the door handle on her Jeep Grand Cherokee was covered under warranty. After talking on the phone with an employee, she was told that it was covered under warranty and that they would even throw in a rental car for free because she was covered. Fast forward to after the car was in the shop, she gets called back into Milton Reuben Chevy because apparently the door handle wasn't covered now. There was a $200 "diagnostic fee" that she was charged with for an employee to tell her what she already knew (the handle was broken). They also charged her for the rental car that was supposedly on the house. They then denied ever telling her that anything they promised would be covered, and were more than willing to hang my Mom out to dry. Meanwhile, they put my father's name in the title of some STRANGER'S Jeep Wrangler. He received a call from a dealership in Florida where apparently his car had had work done. After some confusion, the man asked if we were familiar with a Milton Reuben Chevy dealership which was where the car was purchased and put in my Dad's name. Which means that we have to deal with Milton Reuben Chevy AGAIN. If you're thinking about doing business here, drive to Thompson instead.

Incredible experience with our salesman Jessie he was so helpful and respectful. Walked in and got exactly what we have been looking for. Our finance manager went above and beyond to make us happy. And a special shout out to the General manager Chris for making us feel like family.
