Had the BEST experience at Elegant Bridals. I felt so welcome and they had my size in a variety of dresses! I felt like I got the full bridal experience at Elegant Bridals, they helped choose veils and other accessories that helped finish the dress. All the employees were so nice and helpful! I definitely recommend Elegant Bridals over David’s Bridal.

I am absolutely in love and extremely impressed with Elegant Bridal and their customer service. Not only did they help me find THE dress, they have been available via email or in person whenever I had a question about my dress. They have made a little part of my wedding planning such a breeze. Thank you to all of the staff and Lindsey for making this experience a grand one.

What can I say??? Everything was great. My sister sent me the link on Facebook, I clicked it, and the rest is history. The staff even took the time to FACE-TIME me because I lived in myrtle beach and so unfortunately it would have been quite the drive and I was DESPERATE for that perfect gown for a "winter wonderland" themed wedding and on a budget $$$$. Wonderful service and a special thanks to Nancy and the other young lady whom I don't remember but girl you know who I'm talking about that helped hold the phone while I was face-timing!!! My sister bought her beautiful wedding gown from them. We also purchased our bridesmaids dresses from here. Good quality, knowledgeable reps who listen to what you want. Alice helped my sister the entire time and listened to exactly what she wanted, even when the opinionated bridesmaids added to the list for their dresses. In the end we were all very satisfied with the service and our purchases.
My dress came in with a small rip, not their fault. They were on the phone with the designer to get my replacement before I was back in the dressing room. My replacement arrived in perfect condition very quickly. Thank you for handling the stressful situation with such ease and poise!response / report this review -

The girls here were absolutely amazing! I do wish the appointments were a little longer as I wanted to take a lot of time--but I do understand that they are very busy! Everyone was so thoughtful and personable. Alice is absolutely amazing and helped me find the gown of my dreams. It was truly a day to remember at Elegant Bridals. Thank you Alice!

I absolutely loved my experience at Elegant Bridals!!! Mrs. Traci was such a huge help and she made me feel so comfortable! She let me pick out some style dresses that I had in mind and then she picked the rest. I ended up finding THE absolute perfect dress and I can't thank Mrs. Traci enough for all of her help! I will definitely be suggesting Elegant Bridals to any bride friends that live near Augusta!

First time trying wedding gowns on and the staff was very nice. I didn't have an appointment but I went in to check out their national sale that day and found my dress. Amanda and Alice helped me and they were very nice. Amanda made some great suggestions about what type of veil and sash would be good for the gown I loved. I will also say, after having visited both Elegant Bridals and David's Bridal, I prefer the layout of the Elegant Bridals' store. They have the dresses on the racks where you can see and feel them right when you walk in the door. And if and when you find THE one, they celebrate with you and give you a gift. Highly recommend if you want the whole bridal gown shopping experience. :)

Had the best time with Alice she was the biggest help and just a delight to work with. I would recommend going to see her. Alice kept me informed on the ordering status and also made sure I was well taken care of. They outfitted me and all My bridesmaids. My big day was a beautiful as ever found the dress of my dream and felt like a princess. Thanks you elegant bridal for everything Love you Alice.

To start this off, I highly recommend Elegant Bridal to anyone getting married or looking to get ideas for their dresses!!!
My fiance and I currently live in Minnesota, but my family and bridesmaids live in South Carolina. I recently planned a trip to visit my family and get some wedding ideas knocked out and we decided to go get ideas for my wedding dress and the dresses for my girls. Being that my town was small, we went to Augusta, GA to look at dresses, and our first choice was David's Bridal. But because we all have different schedules, we got together last minute and went without an appointment. It was also Prom season and a Saturday so they were busy, but they actually were pretty rude and practically pushing us out the door for not having an appointment. After, the stressful encounter with David's Bridal, in GA, which we probably wont go back to, we looked up closest places and found Elegant Bridal.
It was amazing! We walked in and they greeted us right away and they were genuinely really excited about our engagement and the fact that we stopped in. Being the way that I am, I had no idea what I wanted and Traci was amazing at helping narrowing down what I really liked. She helped me try on all the dresses we liked and I was changed in an out of them with ease no matter the size. You walk out of the dressing room and up onto a little pedestal for your friends and family that join you to see you in your beautiful dress and the other girls working there all came around to see and gave us hugs. Of course, we found THE dress we wanted there (even though we only went for ideas) and everyone cried. It was the perfect experience. Everyone there is very sweet, and they really work hard to give you the perfect experience.response / report this review -

I would highly recommend Elegant Bridals to anyone wanting a spectacular experience selecting their wedding dress. I had bought a dress online and three weeks before my wedding realized how unhappy I was with it. I went to Elegant Bridals not expecting to be able to find anything with such short notice but thought I just had to try and see. I was greeted by my bridal consultant Alice who was an angel and treated me as though I was the most special bride in the world despite my short time frame. An hour later I was walking out of the store with the dress of my dreams in hand. Thank you Elegant Bridals, and especially Alice, for helping me find a dress that I was truly excited to wear for my wedding and didn't want to ever take off!

My experience at Elegant Bridals was absolutely wonderful! As a plus size woman I have to admit I was a little anxious about going to try on wedding gowns. Traci immediately made all of those fears go away. She made me feel so beautiful and was such a joy to work with! After discussing what I was looking for, I tried on several gowns, but after going back to my first dress, I said "YES!". I chose a gown that was nothing like what I expected to walk in and pick out, but I absolutely loved it and it fit so well! I had to go back several times, to pick up my gown and then to pick out bridesmaids dresses, and each time I walked in Kayla, Rachel, and the other ladies at the front desk made me feel like part of the Elegant Bridals "family". I highly recommend Elegant Bridals to any new bride looking for that perfect bridal gown experience!

Elegant Bridals was the first place I shopped for a wedding dress at. It also happened to be the last place I shopped at too! My consultant's name was Alice and she was nothing short of a dream come true for me that day! The other staff members at EB were so friendly and welcoming to me the whole time my mom and I were there. Their selection of wedding dresses as well as bridesmaid dresses was great! They have so many options to choose from in all different sizes! The staff also knows how to make a bride feel as special as she really is! I HIGHLY suggest that any bride local to the Augusta area checks out Elegant Bridals before making a final decision on their dress!

Everyone at Elegant Bridals is fantastic!!! I had a truly wonderful experience. Traci was amazing! She helped keep me focused and break down what exactly I was looking for in my dress! I had a rather large group with me and she was incredible at keeping everyone on task and in control of their part to play for the evening. The dresses were all beautiful and they had a nice variety of styles and prices to choose from. I said "YES!" to my dress in my first appointment!!! The following days I worked with some other ladies who were very accommodating in helping me choose dresses and colors for my bridesmaids and my mom! Thank you Elegant Bridals for a truly beautiful experience!!!
