This place will literally have you missing your bus!! Yesterday I called and got the automated service that said the station will be open around 6:15am starting December 22nd, which I didn’t understand because I needed to know how what time they opened on December 13th. Lol. So I get up to the station and no one is there. I thought it was my mistake because the phone said that was the December 22nd schedule. I call up there and was able to speak to a worker and I asked him what time does this station open? He said 6:15am. I told him well I was up here at 6:15 trying to print a ticket and no one was there. He rudly kept repeating the station opens at 6:15 am after every question I had. I feel that you guys need to update the google info so people can know when the station is open and closed. So people will not miss their bus. This is the second time this happened at this station. 😐

It's alright, but it isn't the most comfortable. People kinda hang around there during the day, but it's practically empty at night.

This place is very poorly kept, inside and out. Desperately needs cleaning, disenfecting and general upkeep. If I didn't have to, I would NEVER go there again. The ticket seller is the ONLY reason for the two star rating. Very patient and funny guy.

This is THE WORST bus station ive ever been to in my life. So unorganized. I went in at 11:45a.m. and was supposed to wait 5 hours for my next bus, fine but when waiting 16-18 hours and leaving at 6:18p.m. is beyond belief. A WHOLE DAY. Waiting for the bus that was only supposed to take 5 hours with a delay so maybe 8 at the most.

The bus stop on Gun Club Rd in Augusta GA should be removed from Internet. I had intentions of catching a bus to Atlanta on 9/25 at 11:00 pm because it shows a departure there but the employees at the Pilot gas station said the bus hasnt stopped there in 3-4 months. It really messed my plans up!!

I'm beyond disappointed with this business. My husband bought a ticket for his daughter( who he has not seen in 20 years) and her husband, the bus was late and caused them to miss the connecting bus in Atlanta. When they tried to get another bus scheduled corporate said they had seats available but the people over the counter said they didn't. They came at 9:30am and were given a ticket to go back home (not the desired destination by far ) they had to wait until 7:00pm just to be taken back! We haven't heard back concerning a refund. But much more should be done to make up for this terrible service.

It feels gross and is in a bad neibhorhood. And the employees aren't very professional.

This is the Absolute Worst on the Map,sometimes the Doors are locked and you cannot even gain access to sitting and waiting on your bus when they're usually lateThis place needs a Makeover , it's so dark and dismal, depressing UGH.
The employees have been there forever and don't have the correct answers to simple questions.
If you catch a CAB or ride to bus station and your locked out due to whatever unorthodox reasons they may have that aren't revealed to you via phone ,website, you are stuck in the elements without shelter or safety in a strange area of the city.
They need to do a whole lot better
