We stopped by the dealer, the first impression was their friendly bulldogs came said hi to us. All of Their staff was super nice, friendly & helpful One of the staffs came offering helps within 2 mins we we're in there and let us looked around. The service manager was super nice to us also. He's even came out and looked at the old bike we got in the trailer and talked with us for a good while.
The dealer is hard to spot from the highway. We sure will stop by next time we in town. I would highly recommend to anyone to stop by Timms Harley Davidson Dealership

If you wreck your bike don't bother taking it here! The service guys will apparently lie to you about your parts being there for weeks and waiting on one part so they do nothing else waiting on that one part. So when you complain to the service manager Brian, he then tells you that Randall has been lying to you about your parts being there. Then the service manager said they weren't paid for it yet even though I was there the day GEICO cut them a check and gave it to them. So after I called him out on that apparently they "don't cash the check till the bike is completed!" Never seen a business not cash a check for several weeks. Was told it'd take 4-6 weeks to be repaired, bike has been there since July 7th and it's now August 29th and still no work has been completed on my bike! Avoid the service department due to liars, however the sales team is 4 stars! Wish I could review them separately! Jerry and the rest of the team will take great care of you! I'd buy there but go elsewhere for service!

The people are superb. It's the new policies of the new owner that are questionable. $75 labor to change a light bulb. Parts is good but beware of sales.

Next month (March 17) will be two years ago that I bought my bike from Timms HD. I visit the store every few weeks just to see what's new. The staff has always been friendly and not the shallow "How can we help you?" friendly, they actually make an effort to learn your name if you let them. When I have stopped by, I was welcomed even if I wasn't buying something. They really do bring you into the Timms family here.
