Beautiful place, NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! It was very spacious and I loved the on-site laundry and full kitchen. We have several adopted children and they’ve never been on a vacation before, someone paid for us to go for an 8 day stay at sky valley. We only stayed 3 days. We were put on the top floor and the neighbors below us constantly complained. The first time rightfully so, the kids were excited and running up and down the stairs but it was still early evening between 5-6pm. Once they settled in we kept the noise to a minimum. The next day in an attempt to be courteous we stayed out until their bedtime, came back ate a pizza and the kids went straight to bed. The neighbors still complained and the resort called us the following morning. We were so stressed out staying there! we packed up and left 4 days early.

Absolutely love this place. I did not deal directly with a timeshare per se but the location is absolutely awesome. Multiple waterfalls with some of them actually on the property wildlife everywhere in the high enough elevation where fall comes a little early :-).

Quiet this time of the year. We had the pool all for ourselves. Heated. But not warm when you come straight from the hot tub. Clean and tidy. Bring the kids. Small, but decent gym, too. Had to change the TV channel, though. Some people seem to enjoy building up energy through anger. Not me.
