Barbara and her team are simply the BEST. I needed to list quickly before an out-of-state move for a new job. Our house looked amazing in the listing, thanks to professional photos and a video tour. Barbara knew exactly how to navigate the current market and get views of my listing to qualified buyers. In the first three days my house was on the market, we had 17 showings and 2 great offers! While this level of high traffic may not be typical, it introduced its own challenges. Barbara really showed her experience and professionalism during this time by expertly communicating and coordinating with other realtors. Many years ago Barbara successfully represented us in the sale of our home.
