If there were a minus star our mobile home park would use it. Without going into too much detail they were our property managers. The park was sold and 1st Commercial wouldn't hand over the paper work to the new Property Management company. 1st Commercial installed water meters illegally (without our permission) under our homes and it was a nightmare. The new Management company couldn't get the billing right for months because they were operating in the blind.
That's just one incident. There are many more.
Avoid them if you can

The Company custodian, Phil called me to clean the blinds in one of their rentals. I was fully booked but accommodated him when he said that the place will be occupied soon. I called him beforehand to let him know that I'm on my way. He said okay will meet you there in half an hour, He was not at the place when my helper and I showed up. Called him again and he said he'll be coming soon. Waited for over half hour. When he finally came he mentioned that he might not have enough money on the price that i quoted him when he first called me to clean the blind. I'm not cleaning the blinds and not get paid. So I told my helper to run his credit card. He refused and told in my face that he's putting a bad review on my Company. Which he did. I called his Supervisor, Mike Simenich and requested that he talk to his worker and clear everything out. I sent a copy of the bad review to Mike. Called him the next day and left messages to call me but he never did, not to mention the email I sent him. A big established Corporation should not tolerate this kind of behavior.
