The service she offered me was letter head documents will need and exactly what I needed. Ms. Tershia knight was friendly & helpful. Her service was prompt! Couldn't ask for more!

Alright, i called today to inquire about the two rental properties advertised on craigslist. The gentleman who answered has been sarcastic and rude to me. I couldn't get any real info from him. He kept cutting me off and asking if i needed to know anything else, yet did not really tell me much when i asked. For a 50 dollars application fee um yeah you can be polite and assist me in my application. I'm a self employed worker i have to ask alot of questions to guarantee my application is sound. Anyway it's not a problem because as long as i have to answer to somebody like that if my ceiling fan were to break or any other mishap i can't imagine i would be helped much at all. Pretentious and condescending and for why? You live in a beautiful location. His name i think was Laura lol i guess that explains the bad temper.

What do we pay them to do at the office? Masks mandates are lifted and still cant go down to the office to pay rent or talk to anyone. We have to do there jobs for them and do our own inspections, every 6 months. Lazy plain and simple. Two thumbs down.

I had a two year office lease with Summit Property Management, Inc. I dealt with a commercial property manager by the name of Michael Falkner. He was always highly professional and extremely courteous. He was a pleasure to work with. I really liked the guy. He's a good guy. As for the rest of the staff there, I never had a problem with any of them. They always conducted themselves in a professional manner. I freely give them all my recommendation, so if you operate a business, and you would like to lease a professional-looking office, I recommend these folks.
