I have had the great pleasure of working with Adams Pryor to find my apartment in Manhattan. Although the process seemed difficult with many obstacles, Adams was an oasis of peace, support, and competence, with plenty of empathy. He also introduced such an amicable atmosphere that I began to feel the challenging process as something nice. To expose Adam's ability, I have to underline that the start point of my search adventure was slightly non-standard and challenging as I started to apply with Adams's support as a Visiting Scholar with no credit history in the U.S. and several weeks before my physical stay in New York. I strongly recommend his person!

Johnson and Lauren from REAL New York were great to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process of applying for our apartment. We appreciated their quick responses and attentiveness while working with them. Excited to finally be moving into our new apartment!

I moved to New York because of my job and didn’t know anything about the area or even where I wanted to live. I chose Hailey Cawthorne, based on a recommendation, to show me rentals within Manhattan. From our first appointment, she exceeded all of our expectations. She was patient, caring, punctual, and friendly. She curated a long list of showings, all adhering to our preferences. When it came to applying, she guided us and sat with us through all the paperwork. She was our biggest advocate and negotiator. She went above and beyond what was necessary and was genuinely amazing at her job. I can’t recommend her enough.

Lauren and Johnson assisted me and my roommate through this process and we couldn’t be more grateful! Lauren was so willing to help us when we were in a bind. She was extremely attentive and responsive. I recommend REAL New York to anyone trying to find an apartment!

Malik Copeland was a pleasure to work with. His effort to find me the perfect apartment in New York was very much appreciated. He kept me informed every step of the way. I currently live in Pennsylvania and he always made himself available. Although he secured me a lease, I did not end up signing due to personal reasons. However, I would recommend him to anyone and will be reaching out in the future!
