  First, I will start by saying that I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Timeless Age Defying Laser Clinic. I had a spider vein treatment around my nose and botox around my eyes. Friendly staff and a very responsive receptionist (Rola). Since my spider vein treatment, I have not noticed a single change in the "treated area". It has been approximately 2 months since my initial treatment and my problem area looks exactly as it did before I walked through the door. It's like I never had a treatment at all. I have emailed several times asking if this is normal, what I should do next, etc. Without any kind of response. When I initially contacted this company, someone got right back to me almost immediately and this was at 8/9pm on a Tue/Wed night. Their lack of response after treatment is beyond frustrating! This was a complete waste of my time and money ($179 for vein treatment). I am beyond frustrated and recommend you look elsewhere.

  Joanna Holman is apparently an extremely racist individual. She indirectly supported someone calling black people horrible things like "super predators, worthless spawn" etc and even the idea they should be eradicated. Joanna couldn't even muster to say those comments were wrong. She even called me crazy for opposing that kind of hateful talk! I don't think members of the African American community can or should feel safe at this establishment with her working there

  Used a Living Social deal for removal of spider veins and DO NOT recommend it! The spider veins on my legs were very minimal but somewhat bothersome to me. After the laser treatment the veins go MUCH WORSE. The possibility of them getting worse was brought to my attention prior to the treatment; however I believed they knew what they were doing. Since then, I have discussed the spider vein laser treatment with Dr’s who specialize in Laser treatments and they say that, “ NO DR. has found a way to remove spider veins with the Laser” and they have been working no this for years. Save your money and your legs! Don’t do it.

  What great service and great staff. I had laser hair removal and was a little nervous and hesitant about going in. Once there however, I realized there was nothing to be nervous about. Monica, the RN, was absolutely awesome. She answered all my questions, told me exactly what she was doing and why, answered my concerns I had about what it would feel like and I was red and had little bumps afterwards. She even gave me her business card and encouraged me to contact her if I had any more questions or concerns. Professionalism is a rare thing in today's world. This place certainly has it.

  I live by the B12 shots here! They have great packages at very reasonable prices. I also have laser hair removal here. It's like my one stop shop! I feel better and have less hair when I leave! I would definitely recommend Timeless to anyone who needs a reliable, professional staff to help them look and feel their best!

  I have been coming to this facility the past three years for a variety of skin care needs.
  
  The positives about this place:
  1. Very welcoming and laid back atmosphere. Not pretentious at all. All the staff are genuine and kind.
  2. Great prices! It's been a tough economy the past few years, but thanks to Timeless Laser Clinic, my skin care needs did not have to be completely sacrificed. They offer very reasonable rates.
  3. Result orientated!!! I love my Botox and Juvederm! The RN's here are trained to make sure you have a very natural look and I appreciate that-I don't want to look like a scary Real House Wife from Orange County!
  I have received Laser Hair Removal services and am absolutely thrilled that I no longer have to worry about shaving.
  I have gone to other Med Spa's in San Diego and this place is by far my favorite :)
