This was my second time dining there in the last two years
I chose the Butter Poached Maine Lobster Tail, that came with Chino's Zucchini, Basil
I asked for Spinach instead, with Garlic and Parmesan, special request, did not disappoint.
Came out perfect, exactly how I like it and make it all the time, not wilted.
My only complaint is that I should've asked for more

Fantastic restaurant and fantastic location. The views are insane. Best in all of San Diego, well maybe the University Club is better, but still incredible views. The food was perfectly cooked and I wanted to try everything on the menu just to see how it was plated. The check was large, but I will be back.

Posh 12th floor restaurant with nearly 360 degree beautiful panoramic view of downtown San Diego and the bay. Excellent cuisine!! $$$. Wait staff attentive and pleasant.

Highly Expensive! You can have the same or better services in other fancy places in San Diego. We were there for a birthday party. They didn't even sing a song like the most other fine restaurants. Good quality food.

A sort of 'old school', upper scale restaurant with an incredible menu and breathtaking views of the city and bay. Suggest making reservations to sit on the patio to enjoy the view! Pork/pork belly/sauerkraut/potato dish was the most savory, succulent dish I've had. Top it off with the Oaxacan drink for a spicy and refreshing flare. Big fan of Mister A's.

I made reservations for my anniversary, but after being crammed in their front lobby for 30 minutes, and being told there were still several guests ahead, I left. I understand this is restaurant week, but postponing a reservation for nearly an hour is uncalled for. I am severely disappointed with how it was handled, and the apparent lack of empathy from the ladies up front.

Excellent panoramic view of downtown San Diego! The food and service is on par as well. Food is on the pricier side, but excellent and beautifully presented. Perfect for a romantic and quiet date night.

Great place for a romantic night out. Amazing view, quiet and upscale. A bit pricey, but food is elegant. Even for a vegetarian, it was good, though the choice is limited.

Food is really great! Yes it is expensive, but I do think it is worth the price. I've already been in better restaurant, Michelin starred, but these are at least two times more expensive, so price is fair in my opinion. Service is perfect and the view is awesome! The tables allow you to enjoy the view as much as possible. I had a memorable moment with my girlfriend and I'll come back for sure!

While visiting San Diego we received a recommendation to try Mr. A's, the food was good but not out of this world. Tried the pan seared Swordfish which was flavorful and juicy. Also tried the grilled Calamari which was OK too Sour as they put too much lemon on it otherwise it's OK. For drinks tried the Orange old fashioned which was on point. What really makes this place is the views of San Diego from the top. All and all a great experience!

Kyle did a great job. Meal was outstanding. They had a sign at valet that said $10 flat. I've been all over the world. I've never once seen a sign at valet that said "flat." So, I asked the hostess if that meant we should tip. She gave me such an attitude I've reduced the experience from 5 to 3 stars. Absolutely unacceptable.

The best thing about this place is the view. The food is good, but unremarkable, and is way over priced. Starbucks has a better apple fritter at 1/4 the price.
What really gets me is the 4% "surcharge". This is added to the already high bill because of the increase in the minimum wage. This place of all restaurants could raise their prices and no one would know or care. Instead they decided to make a political statement. I certainly won't be back, and encourage everyone to boycott the place.
