Best carpet cleaners in town-and believe me, I've tried several over the last few years! Tiger Carpet Care was highly recommended by my husband's work colleague, and the service provided was outstanding. I received an email confirmation for the appointment, and everything went according to schedule. My carpet is 14 years old and this is the cleanest it has looked since we moved in four years ago. I will definitely be using Tiger Carpet Care again!

When my son flushed something down the toilet that obviously didn't fit we had a river of water it seemed that was saturating our basement carpet. Not only did the guys at Tiger Carpet Care answer my call at 4 a.m. but they listened to my needs and understood my frustration. They had someone out to the house by 7 a.m. getting the water taken care of and had my carpet like new within the next few days. The customer service was superb and I use them for any floor cleanings I need now. They even do the seats and floors of my car! Thanks again Tiger Carpet Care & Restoration!

Service from these guys was excellent! They arrived on time, were thorough, and quick. Jamey took the time to work me through some pet cleaning tips and was all-around super friendly and great to work with. My carpet was left smelling fresh and looking brighter. Will definitely call them up again in the future.

I had a water pipe break in the wall between my bedroom and laundry area. I was quite shocked that they showed up before the plumber did and got to work. These guys were great. They greeted my kids and even my son's service dog every time they walked through the door. Being a mom with 4 boys who have special needs, it was most appreciative to have them check on all of us throughout the whole process. In about a week they got my home back into order as if it never happened.

Once again Thank you so much it really meant a lot to me how you treated my boys, our dog, and me.

Perfect experience. Dave worked me into his schedule very quickly and got the job done on-time and for a good price. Quality of work was very superior. Customer service was excellent, far better than I've seen from a lot of other local companies. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Dave went out of his way to work with my schedule and was extremely friendly during the entire process. At the end the carpets looked SPECTACULAR and the landlord was thrilled upon move out.

My husband and I are very pleased with the job that Tiger Carpet Care did on our carpets. We are about to have a set of twin boys and were worried about laying them on dirty, filthy carpets. Dave got us in within 2 days of contacting him for an initial Price Quote, what amazing customer service! They are prompt and send you alerts every step of the way, so your aware of what's going on. We came home yesterday and seeing our carpets was such a piece of mind knowing and seeing our carpets so clean that we can now lay the babies on the floor without hesitation. Did an AMAZING JOB. Needed carpets cleaned in a rental that had TONS of stains. They were able to get the carpets looking fresh and clean. I was amazed. I thought I might still see a hint or a trace but nothing. Looks awesome. Will definitely use them again!
