  Sales people little less than honest always had my vehicle service there have spent a lot of money at that dealership because of the dishonesty of the salespeople I will not take my car there for service even if I have to drive 50 miles to have it done

  This is the greatest Ford dealer. Personal service is beyond compare. Very good at keeping appointment times. Also great at keeping you informed of progress and options . Rhonda and Jim are wonderful!

  The staff here is outstanding. I've never been a person to really like car sales people, but Tiffin Ford Lincoln is the exception. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. That have treated my wife and I very fairly! Thank you Clayton, Brad and Brandon!

  Dave Bush was great! Not pushy, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Rhonda was quick to get our new vehicle in to put on the front plate. That was appreciated. Financing was an easy process.

  By far the best customer service we have ever encountered from a car dealership. They went way above and beyond recently helping our son when his car was stolen in Florida. They found him another car, and made the entire painful ordeal bearable.
  Clayton Neal has helped us with 3 vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful. Amanda was great when it came time for the paperwork
  We simply would not go anywhere else!

  My experience at Tiffin Ford was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The people were nice and made me feel right at home and confident with the purchase of my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!
