The staff was nice, but that’s about the only thing I enjoyed. Elevators never worked (I got stuck in one for 15 minutes). I got charged an extra month of rent plus $100 because I didn’t fill out a notice of vacation at the end of my lease (I thought those were just for early move outs). My windows froze over in the winter. My deposit and remaining amount won’t come until another 30-45 BUSINESS DAYS, which is money I could have gotten back a week after lease anywhere else. Like I said, the staff was great. They were always nice and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially when a a one bedroom costs as much as a 2 bedroom anywhere else.

I do love living here at a time where Ft Wayne's downtown is essentially getting rebuilt for the better. It's a vibrant downtown scene and being within walking distance to everything is phenomenal. I do think the parking garage fee is ridiculous (so I dont pay it, simple as that) and the elevators are hit or miss, but we do have stairwell access so, it's not that bad. Overall, 5 stars. They are older buildings, but again, overall TRA is a fantastic place to live.

I have only two complaints about this place since I moved in. The first one is minor, but they charge $50.00 extra a month to use the parking garage. When I finally caved in they did not have a spot open till February because they where doing construction in the middle of winter. How does that make since? My second problem is the elevators. They are always going out. Takes to long to get them fixed in my opinion. Other then that it's a great place. Good people.

Rhonda went above and beyond to assist with our situation. We are currently between homes and needed temporary housing. We love being downtown and so close to everything that we can just walk to get to where we are going! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I never lived there because I had to cancel do to health issues. But the staff was amazing. They were very concerned about my health. Eric Tripp would call to check up on my health. They were so understanding when I canceled twice. I would recommend them to others.
