The views were great. I guess it was the caterer that they hired that spoiled the experience. The bread, salad and dessert were so-so. The filet was tough. The vegetables and the fish were not fresh, and the staleness of the latter could not be covered up by the excessive spice and salsa on the fish.

Awesome recently remodeled venue. Great menu. Friendly staff. With an outdoor deck on the 42 floor. Wonderful Tampa views.

Since the remodel it has lost a lot of it's previous appeal. The vibe is much more sterile, the relaxed atmosphere is pretty much gone, the menu is much more limited, the servers and wait staff seem lost and the biggest thing is the price changes. A single bourbon and diet there is currently 14 dollars and some change due to a forced service charge and then you are asked to tip on top of that. All the food has more than doubled in price as well. Better off going to a nice restaurant or joining one of the other clubs in the area.

The Tampa Club was renovated since the last time I visited. What an amazing job, the views of can now be enjoyed from the outdoor seating. What an amazing view from the 42nd floor.
