I had an appointment for a temporary crown with Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee and her assistant were both professional, very friendly, and personable. I've been going to Gentle Dental at the Brookline (roughly an hour from home) for over 15 years and would certainly recommend this location to friends or family.

Friendly, experienced staff and high quality, affordable care. Helpful with insurance and offers payment plans and a great new patient deal. Evening and weekend hours! Highly recommend.

The best experience I’ve had with a dentist. Dr. Li is wonderful! Received personalized care to accommodate my own health needs. Also, my cleaning was gentle and thorough. Felt very safe with the COVID prevention protocols.

I needed to have a tooth extracted and was able to get a same day appointment. I have a major fear of the dentist. Taking X-rays cause me to gag. Heather was great, she had me sit up and not back in the chair and I had no issues. Dr. Li was excellent with the extraction. She made sure my mother was completely numb before starting. She was very patient and reassuring throughout the process. It was the best dentist visit of my life.
