Dr. James Kim was great! Coming from someone who hates the dentist. I am new to the area and he explained everything he was doing and I felt he had my best interest in mind. They also have an in house orthodontist. They were very accommodating and friendly. My boyfriend sees Dr. Michelle Kim here and likes her too.

Michelle, James, and their team are amazing! During session, they were precise and clearly communicated each step. When to expect heavy vibrations and explaining what they are doing.

I was shocked how painless my experience was here compared to the previous dental office I went to. Now i'm not nervous at all for the upcoming dental procedures I'll be having.

Great experience! Everyone is super friendly and put me at ease. They strike a great balance of not being too conservative / aggressive with their diagnoses. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have had bad experiences with other dentists in the Bay Area, but these guys are good! It was easy to make an appointment and fill the paperwork at home. I arrived on time and did not have to wait - they saw me pretty much immediately. Dr. James was excellent (he gave advice and was interested in helping you rather than just trying to sell you stuff), and he even did most of the cleaning himself. I highly recommend Arch Dental.

Highly recommend Dr. Kim and his entire staff for your dental health. Making appointments is easy and once the appointment is made his staff follows up with reminders to ensure all needed insurance forms are completed before the appointment and treatments are approved. No insurance coverage surprises. Highly efficient and professional!
Dr. James Kim is gentle and meticulous in his work thus ensuring comfort during the procedure and excellent treatment outcome. Treatment expectations and follow up care instructions are clearly given by Dr. Kim.
