I had my 32 year old home roof replacement with Philip and BD. We are leasing this house and live 200 miles away. Philip was super transparent and responsive from quoting, working with city/HOA, coordinating with tenants, and safe/timely execution. Philip the owner.. Is very dependable and an honest contractor. He will tell you.. how, what, and when about the job he will be doing. He told me about the material's he'll be using, and how long the job would take. His crew are very professional. The cost and initiative of repairing a roof is very overwhelming. If you need roof repairs or even a roof overhaul like I did, you want to work with someone extremely reliable and honest like BD Roofing. Working with them made me feel secure and stress-free and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My roof looks great! I called BD Roofing for a roof leak and they came out same day to look at it and gave me an estimate. They then came out the next day and fixed it. Very professional and constant supervision for quality of work. Will use them again when it’s time to replace my roof.
